Min did a great job touching up my color and with my haircut. I definitely felt pampered and am very happy with the results. I feel confident in Min’s experience and opinions when it comes to color and adding definition to my hair. She listens well and pays attention to the details. Thanks Min!

I stopped by on a whim because my child wanted a perm, but I wasn’t sure if his hair was long enough. We had a consultation, and they confirmed they could do it. The initial perm didn’t turn out as expected his hair was still mostly straight so they redid it. The second time, his hair became partially curly but still had some straight sections. Since I had to leave and my husband stayed with him, I didn’t see the final result until later. When I noticed his hair wasn’t quite right, I called to let them know I wasn’t fully satisfied. They were very understanding and offered to fix it at no charge. We came back a few days later, and this time his hair turned out great. They mentioned his hair is a bit difficult and needed more time for the perm to take. Sure enough, with the extra processing time, his curls came out beautifully. While his curls aren’t 100% uniform—because only certain sections needed additional work. overall the result was very good, and I appreciate that they took the time to make it right. I’d definitely take him back but this time I think they will know exactly what to do to make his hair perfect next time around. We also had my daughter’s haircut and deep conditioning done, and her hair came out beautiful and so soft as well.

I’m giving 4 stars overall. Jolie, the stylist who cut my hair, did a great job. She was very sweet and did exactly what I wanted, even though there was a bit of a language barrier. I was still really happy with my haircut and would definitely book with her again. My only issue was with communication at the front. When I asked how much the haircut would be before starting, Jolie had to ask multiple staff members. One staff member responded in another language, then she had to ask someone else to get the price. I was told it would be $65, which was fine. I just wanted clarification since my hair is very thin and I thought haircuts started at $45. When I asked why, one staff member responded in a sarcastic tone, which felt a bit unwelcoming. Once it was explained that the price was due to my hair length, layers, shampoo, cut, and blow-dry, I understood completely. I just wish the explanation had been given more warmly from the start. Overall, Jolie was fantastic, and despite the communication hiccup, I would still come back.

I had a truly wonderful experience at the salon. My haircut and hair color were beautifully done by Min, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Min listened patiently to what I wanted and delivered it with so much care and perfection. The haircut frames my face so well, and the hair color looks natural, rich, and exactly what I was hoping for. A special thanks to Annie as well, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the process. She made sure I was comfortable and supported Min with great attention to detail. Everyone is so nice and empowering !! This review is very late but better late than never. I went here for the first time and asked for a very drastic style change and Ailan absolutely nailed it. I got half my head shaved and partially braided and everyone was so excited about the results, it was such a great experience! I am definitely going back soon to get it redone, I absolutely loved what Ailan did and she was so kind and welcoming. I cant wait to see her again! I was able to get a same day appointment and didnt wait very long and the price was super reasonable . 10/10 would recommend to a friend !!

Min is amazing! I wanted to do something totally different with my hair and darken it. She did it perfectly, I love it! This is the first time I have ever loved my hair color. She is truly an artist and everyone at the salon is so nice. Highly recommend!!

This was the best salon experience and best haircut of my life! My daughter and I came to both get haircuts, it was her first time ever coming to a salon (she always wanted to go to the kid haircut places) and we were PAMPERED! The entire staff was kind and welcoming! My daughter got her hair cut by Jolie and she made her hair gorgeous! She looks so beautiful and grown up. I got my hair cut from Viviane and she took such amazing care of my hair. She made she every cut was good for my curl pattern and it taught me how to blow dry my hair and showed me how it would look without styling and with. It was such a wonderful experience. We can't wait to come back!
