I’ve been using Northern Shopper for several years now, and they’ve consistently delivered outstanding service. Whether it’s groceries and bulk goods shipped by sealift or my regular air cargo grocery orders, they’ve never lost a single item—not once. That level of reliability is rare, especially for Northern logistics. Their customer service is always friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. They make the whole process simple and stress-free, and they go out of their way to make sure everything arrives exactly as expected. For anyone living in Nunavut or relying on southern shipments, Northern Shopper is an essential service. I highly recommend them.

We use northern shopper regularly for groceries, and this year had some furniture shipped up on sea lift. Our mattress came earlier than expected which was great! Awesome door to door delivery.

Shops at Costco, yet wont sell frozen peas or dry beans for months, or years. How about popcorn kernels. They just want you to buy heavy or processed foods. Edit: fair enough, honestly, decent service, except there's no explanation for the frozen peas. Never seen a Costco out of stock for half a year.

We’ve used both the cargo shipping and sealift services. The price is fair and the service is exceptional! MJ responds to questions quickly and is on top of the orders!

Overall, I had a good experience with northern shopper! However, I feel like there was a lack of communication on the process as it was occurring which meant I needed to call in order to find out updates on my shipments (when it was arriving etc.).

This was our first time using Northern Shopper for our sealift and it was by far the easiest time and the staff were amazing. Highly recommend Northern Shopper.
