CLASSES ARE HELD IN PERSON AND ONLINE VIA ZOOM it’s your choice!
This course is taught from the basis of Ayurvedic traditions. While western herbal approaches and herbs are the main focus, we apply the Ayurvedic energetics to the uses of herbs, and include some Ayurvedic herbs. Healing is regularly based on the Ayurvedic approach, and diet and lifestyle is always considered.
Campout weekends are a lot of fun and can be different each year. In past years, we have gone to
Sierraville, and Crystal mountain.
In this course, we work through the systems of the body, covering anatomy and physiology, the major diseases of that system, and herbs and formulas that benefit it.
Weekend classes are 10-5, unless it is a campout weekend.
2023 Class dates are Wednesday evenings, 6:30-9pm
