It was my first-ever dental treatment, and I was extremely nervous and scared. I had to undergo both an extraction and an RCT on the same day, but Dr. Torsa Talukder and her team made the entire process so much easier for me. They were very supportive, patient, and truly understanding of both my pain and fear. The treatment was handled with great care, and I recently got my crown done as well. Overall, it has been a very positive experience, and I’m hopeful that I will soon be back to my normal eating routine. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Torsa and all the staff members — everyone was friendly, kind, and made me feel comfortable throughout the treatment.

Today I visited The New Town Clinic for my personal investigation. Experienced good behaviour of employees, they are very co operative. Doctors are so reputed here. Dr Shivanjali Nayak mam is too good . And the Blood collection boy Achintya is really good... And well behaved.. Thank u very much .

I had a very good experience with Dr. Shakchi for my recent dental treatment. She is extremely professional, gentle, and patient in explaining every step of the procedure. Very smooth and hassle-free home sample collection. Samim was punctual, polite, and professional. Sample collection was quick and hygienic. Highly convenient!

I called up the reception today at 1145h and requested for an orthopedic appointment for my aged mother. Who suffered a wrist fracture. I was given an appointment with Dr Prateek at 1600h. After 25 minutes, I get a call from the clinic, stating Dr Pratik will not come today and I should come at 1800h and show Dr Bala. I reach the clinic and am told that Dr Pratik has just left and Dr Bala will not come today!! Would urge the management to kindly investigate please!!

Had RCT and Crown fixing under supervision of Dr Torsa Talukder and helping hand Mr Sukanta Maity. Experienced great service from both of them. Dr Talukder is very much caring, attentive, listen patient very carefully. Always provided timing as per patient's convenience.
