We have been visiting Newtown Clinic since February, and our experience has been nothing short of outstanding. The availability of expert doctors across specialties makes it a top-tier healthcare facility. We are particularly grateful for our consultations with Dr. Shivanjali Nayak and radiologist Dr. Amrita Chakraborty, both of whom are exceptionally knowledgeable, patient, and thorough in their care and diagnosis. A special shoutout to the entire support staff, especially Achintya and his team at the reception desk, for keeping operations smooth, efficient, and welcoming. The nursing staff also deserves high praise—they are consistently polite, gentle, and attentive.

I recently visited The Newtown Clinic for my RCT treatment and teeth whitening, and I am extremely satisfied with the entire experience. The clinic itself is very clean, hygienic, and well-maintained, which immediately made me feel comfortable and confident about my treatment. A special thanks to Dr. Sakchi and Sukanta Sir for their exceptional care and expertise. They were very patient, friendly, and explained every step of the procedure in detail, which helped ease all my anxiety. The RCT procedure was done very smoothly and with minimal discomfort. I truly appreciate how carefully and gently they handled everything throughout the treatment. The teeth whitening results were also amazing — my teeth look much cleaner, brighter, and more confident than before. What impressed me the most was their attention to detail and how much they genuinely cared about patient comfort and satisfaction. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at The Newtown Clinic and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality dental treatment and professional care. I visited Dr. Nidhi Jindal with high hopes but unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The treatments she prescribed turned out to be quite expensive and, in my case, completely ineffective. She gave me medications worth ₹11,000, which were strangely only available at one particular medical shop and nowhere else. This made the entire process feel suspicious and very tiresome. It almost felt like I had walked into a medical representative’s clinic rather than a genuine dermatologist’s consultation. Would not recommend her for anyone looking for transparent, affordable, and effective skin treatment.

Don't go for diagnostic there. Specially cardio tests. Doctor will come as per his wish & leave. Reception staff won't even bother to inform you in advance. They will call you at 9 AM for 9 o'clock appointment although your appointment is scheduled at 9:30 AM

The service of this clinic has deteriorated severely. I recently had my USG done here and they printed my details incorrectly in the plate while same was correct in the report and bills I had observed this error during the test and specifically asked the attending nurse to correct it and she said it would be done But guess the payment was done and that's all that they were concerned about. They asked me to say who was the nurse that day, wondering if they don't even follow a duty roster! On requesting them to correct the plate repeatedly, they simply said it cannot be done and only option was to repeat the test. Pathetic service and professionalism.

I did my dental procedure from Dr.Torsa Talukdar, and Dr.Jayanta Saha. Must say, they're one of the best. U want cure with care, then go for it. Restored my smile.Thank u so much Madam..

Consulted Dr Aditya Ghosh Roy ENT for a bleeding external ear canal. Good doctor and very kind and understanding with his words and knows how to communicate with his patients. Reception staff also helpful and quick service offered.

Very disappointing experience at Newtown Clinic today. The doctor arrived extremely late without any proper communication or apology. Patients were kept waiting for a long time despite having appointments. This kind of unprofessional behavior shows poor respect for patients’ time and schedules. The clinic management should seriously improve punctuality and coordination.
