Had a very good experience at Newtown Clinic for a consultation regarding my Nasal Issue and Sinus issue. Dr. Srijoy Gupta was very experienced , thorough with his advice and very approachable. Highly recommend him if you have ENT issue or you need ENT Surgery.

Dr. Sakshi is a very skilled, professional, and caring doctor. She explains the procedure clearly and makes the patient feel comfortable throughout the treatment. I am currently undergoing my RCT here and the experience has been smooth and reassuring. Her assistant, Sukanto, is also very helpful, polite, and supportive. The overall environment is hygienic and well-managed. Highly recommended for dental treatment.

It was my first-ever dental treatment, and I was extremely nervous and scared. I had to undergo both an extraction and an RCT on the same day, but Dr. Torsa Talukder and her team made the entire process so much easier for me. They were very supportive, patient, and truly understanding of both my pain and fear. The treatment was handled with great care, and I recently got my crown done as well. Overall, it has been a very positive experience, and I’m hopeful that I will soon be back to my normal eating routine. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Torsa and all the staff members — everyone was friendly, kind, and made me feel comfortable throughout the treatment.

Today I visited The New Town Clinic for my personal investigation. Experienced good behaviour of employees, they are very co operative. Doctors are so reputed here. Dr Shivanjali Nayak mam is too good . And the Blood collection boy Achintya is really good... And well behaved.. Thank u very much .

Recently, I visited New Town Clinic for USG of both abdomen and scortum. I thought that radiologist Dr Joshi would be doing the same but I was told that he is no more associated with New Town Clinic and another radiologist named Dr Upamanyu would be doing the same. Anyway, I agreed and he did the USG. Now, firstly he was very very rude and arrogant. He was constantly chewing something while doing the procedure. He was quiet un attentive and very casual in his approach. Last but not the least, when I showed the Dr concerned who has suggested the USG, he was also raised some doubts about the quality of the report of USG. Hence, I feel that it in the interest of the patients to avoid getting the USG done by Dr Upamanyu Majumdar.

I visited Dr. Nidhi Jindal with high hopes but unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The treatments she prescribed turned out to be quite expensive and, in my case, completely ineffective. She gave me medications worth ₹11,000, which were strangely only available at one particular medical shop and nowhere else. This made the entire process feel suspicious and very tiresome. It almost felt like I had walked into a medical representative’s clinic rather than a genuine dermatologist’s consultation. Would not recommend her for anyone looking for transparent, affordable, and effective skin treatment.

I had a very good experience with Dr. Shakchi for my recent dental treatment. She is extremely professional, gentle, and patient in explaining every step of the procedure. The entire process was smooth and comfortable, with great attention to hygiene and detail. What I appreciated most was her caring attitude and the confidence she gave throughout the treatment. I would definitely recommend Dr. Shakchi to anyone looking for a skilled and trustworthy dentist.

The service of this clinic has deteriorated severely. I recently had my USG done here and they printed my details incorrectly in the plate while same was correct in the report and bills I had observed this error during the test and specifically asked the attending nurse to correct it and she said it would be done But guess the payment was done and that's all that they were concerned about. They asked me to say who was the nurse that day, wondering if they don't even follow a duty roster! On requesting them to correct the plate repeatedly, they simply said it cannot be done and only option was to repeat the test. Pathetic service and professionalism.

Very good experience at the clinic with Dr. Aditya Ghosh Roy. The staff at the reception, Bikram Khan was also very helpful.
