Dr. Sakshi is a very skilled, professional, and caring doctor. She explains the procedure clearly and makes the patient feel comfortable throughout the treatment. I am currently undergoing my RCT here and the experience has been smooth and reassuring. Her assistant, Sukanto, is also very helpful, polite, and supportive. The overall environment is hygienic and well-managed. Highly recommended for dental treatment.

Had a very good experience at Newtown Clinic for a consultation regarding my Nasal Issue and Sinus issue. Dr. Srijoy Gupta was very experienced , thorough with his advice and very approachable. Highly recommend him if you have ENT issue or you need ENT Surgery.

It was my first-ever dental treatment, and I was extremely nervous and scared. I had to undergo both an extraction and an RCT on the same day, but Dr. Torsa Talukder and her team made the entire process so much easier for me. They were very supportive, patient, and truly understanding of both my pain and fear. The treatment was handled with great care, and I recently got my crown done as well. Overall, it has been a very positive experience, and I’m hopeful that I will soon be back to my normal eating routine. Recently, I visited New Town Clinic for USG of both abdomen and scortum. I thought that radiologist Dr Joshi would be doing the same but I was told that he is no more associated with New Town Clinic and another radiologist named Dr Upamanyu would be doing the same. Anyway, I agreed and he did the USG. Now, firstly he was very very rude and arrogant. He was constantly chewing something while doing the procedure. He was quiet un attentive and very casual in his approach. Last but not the least, when I showed the Dr concerned who has suggested the USG, he was also raised some doubts about the quality of the report of USG. Hence, I feel that it in the interest of the patients to avoid getting the USG done by Dr Upamanyu Majumdar.
