Worst staff, morning shift receptionist failed to cater and manage timings for patients. I have been with this clinic since 5 years, visited for 2 pregnancies and almost my whole family visits this clinic, buy only constraint was doctor's late visit. Nurses in evening time are far better than night staff. I booked for USG, on the way to the clinic, I got the call n was informed to come by 15 minutes, but once I visited, they denied my appointment though I book prior. I came from a very far place with 1 year old baby. They are extremely unethical. Will never recommend to any friends and family or I will never going to visit again. Male Receptionist is an educated fool, better you hire someone have brains. He is indeed saying u should come first and wait for doctor although there are 2 patients yet to get scanned. He is the rudest receptionist. WORST WORST WORST. Never going to visit and never allow someone I know.to visit.

Wanted to share how horrible the clinic management is. I came to visit a dermatologist and doctor takes 5 mins on consultation, barely listens. Then get busy with procedures. Clinic management will say first come first serve, but the procedure patients don’t have to maintain that queue. They can come at anytime and doctor will start checking working on them. It’s all matter of money to the management. Consultation is 950, procedure will charge more than 10k so they get priority. There is no value of time for patients waiting in line. No proper communication that this kind of procedure will get in between consultations line and you will be delayed.

I went there with an injured wrist-joint upon calling them. The doctor (orthopaedic) was not available during the time I was strictly asked to follow while requesting an "appointment". The first-come-first-serve policy here goes for a toss due to poor management when the doctor fails to show up on time and that in turn messes with the queue.
I believe unavailability of the doctor should always be intimated to arriving patients before a scheduled appointment.
The clinic also has no free parking for its patients, so also expect to pay heavily unnecessarily as you wait indefinitely for the doctor-babu.

Doctor Roshni mishra, She is one of the best dermatologists in Kolkata Newtown clinic axis mall. She procured very gently. I was suffering unwanted facial lots of dark spots and hyperpigmentation for the last 3 yrs. Now I'm seeing the best results after the carbon Q-switch laser +yellow peel treatment. But it's a good method to resolve problems. I heartily thank you for helping me.
She is the good and friendly doctor and she is so compassionate and empathetic. There is a lot of improvement in my skin condition with her treatment. She listens to all our queries and treats them accordingly. I would recommend her. Thank you very much...
