Deanna was so easy to work with! We just closed on our first home. I work nights, was in the process of getting married, and many other things going on at the same time. She did amazing keeping all the stress off of us during the process! On top of that, she found me the perfect lender that worked just as hard as Deanna did. Not to mention, she came home early from camping just to show us all the homes we were sending her. To put it into perspective, from the time of her showing us the house we wanted to put an offer on, I believe our offer was accepted next day. We used VA loan and we went from offer accepted to clear to close in just about a week and then closed on the house in just about 2 weeks. I was super stressed about starting the process being it was my first time actually purchasing a home. If you want the best and someone that goes above and beyond on your behalf go with Deanna. I know I will be if we ever decide to move onto another house!

The marketing plan was very efficient and DeAnna’s expertise and experience & just tireless efforts led to a quick offer on my house in Plainfield, IN. Before closing day I moved to Florida and assigned limited power of attorney for DeAnna to sign for me at closing. She managed the details required while keeping in constant communication with me in FL. At closing, we did a FaceTime phone call while she was signing closing documents for me and it couldn’t have gone more smoothly.
