Very helpful. Andrea there was very nice and polite. We did not know how to fasten the clip on the handle of our MacAllister 18V lawn mower. She showed us how it is done. Also we had lost two of the clips. She gave us two clips for free.

Very friendly service today my first visit to the mower shack, purchased a chainsaw the young lady went above and beyond showing me how it works and all the little tips that I didn’t know, one happy customer.

Was using a tool that I had purchased from these guys earlier today and it had just stopped working. Had it only 2 weeks (ish). Went back to them with the item and they replaced it with a new one for me. No questions asked and super friendly and welcoming. It’s rare to have a shop that are this helpful now a days. I had a problem with a new petrol strimmer I had brought, I assembled it incorrectly and it was jammed and I couldn't get the head off. The guys at mower shack were very helpful sorted it straight out for me. Very friendly and great service. Thanks

They do not charge any money for small items and tell us to use them properly and are very good workers
