I purchased my item directly from their website and later noticed it was slightly cheaper on eBay with current offers. I reached out, and Andreea was absolutely fantastic — not only did she give me a further discount, but she also upgraded me to a better-grade model! Communication was quick, professional, and genuinely customer-focused. I have no hesitation using them again and highly recommend this company for their excellent service and integrity. The lawnmower arrived within 2 days and looked brand new. I’m very happy with my purchase!

A fantastic company who have helped me so much since I started my own gardening company in October 2024. They have supplied all my gardening tools. Cannot praise them enough. Thank you. ## Update ## 19.06.25 I had an urgent repair required on one of my mowers (wear and tear) I took it down and Alistair and his team fixed it within minutes. This is so important to a small business like mine as that mower is my workhorse. Once again thank you The Mower Shack you are a great company who focuses on customers.
