I had an amazing experience with this moving company and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a stress-free move. They handled my move from Miami to Davenport, FL, and from start to finish, the service was exceptional. They emptied out my storage unit without me having to lift a finger and kept me updated every step of the way. They communicated when they arrived at the storage unit, when they finished loading the truck, and even gave me a heads-up when they were about 30 minutes away from my new home. Once they arrived, they carefully brought everything up to my second-floor apartment and paid close attention to where each item belonged. Since my boxes were labeled, they placed everything in the correct rooms, including putting closet items directly into the closet. They also took the time to ask exactly where I wanted my furniture placed, which I really appreciated. One of the biggest highlights was that they assembled my bed for me, which meant I was able to sleep comfortably in my own bed on my very first night in the new place. The entire team was professional, friendly, helpful, and genuinely pleasant to work with. They made what could have been a stressful moving day feel easy and organized. 10/10 experience. I would absolutely use them again for any future move, whether it’s across the state or across the country.

I could not speak more highly of this company! Starting with Nick who took care of my intake information. He was kind and extremely knowledgeable and was so on the ball with communication and providing the company's proof of insurance. He also reassured me that his team would work hard and not waste any time and he was absolutely correct! The drivers/movers that came Kenny & Nick (different guy) we're so fast and thorough! Their attention to detail and efficiency was something I really didn't know existed anymore. I thought the job would take all day (4 floor house and 2 delivery locations) but they finished on under 5 hours with no issues whatsoever. Local guys and fair upfront pricing.

Booking with The Moving Company was incredibly easy and smooth. On moving day, the crew showed up exactly on time. The two movers were the nicest, most polite guys you could ask for. They were incredibly efficient, making my move down to Miami completely stress-free. I highly recommend them! Nd this is the second time i have used them.

Best movers, efficient and fast, they used wrap and mats to cover the furniture. The men were courteous and polite. Will definitely call The Movers again! I highly recommend them!

The worst moving experience ever. Do not hire. Reviews must be fake. We move every 2-5 years and have never had such a bad experience. We moved our apartment to storage and were very clear with Nick about our needs. He sent two inexperienced movers that were clearly subcontractors with no knowledge or accountability for anything we discussed previously with Nick. They showed up with half a roll of plastic wrap for an entire apartment. They brought no boxes, platic wrap, blankets, nor enough tape. The quote supposedly included all packing materials and they tried to charge us extra for everything that was supposedly included. When we showed them the quote, they simply acted as if they didn't bring any materials. I am glad we bought packing blankets on amazon beforehand, because we would have ended up not being able to move otherwise. We have an 85" tv and the quote included custom packaging with blankets and cardboard. Instead they covered it with one of our own blankets and called it a day. They packed everything terribly, causing damage to all our furniture. Since everything is in storage, we will not know what else is damaged until we come back. It took them 4 hours to unload a two bedroom apartment into storage. Clearly a scam to charge more. In total, it took them 8+ hours to move a one bedroom apartment that was fully pre-packed two miles away to the storage unit. A $600 quote ended up becoming more than double. I wish I didn't pay cash so I could do a chargeback. This company is an absolute scam.

Had to move my 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment from West Palm Beach to Miami. The guys were great - very professional, efficient and nice to deal with. They made the moving day easier on me. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough about Alex and his crews. They worked very hard from beginning to the ends. Had bad experiences with previous companies I’ve used so I was very wary when I booked them. They are so professional, know what they’re doing and so efficient. They were so careful with all my stuffs and also with my house. Didn’t damaged my walls, doors or staircase. I am 110% satisfied with this company. They delivered as promised and the price is as they quoted. Didn’t charged me for any extra fees as previous other companies. I highly recommend Nick, Alex & the crews. They will be my go to movers from now on and will recommend them to my family and friends.

I just had the easiest move of my entire life with The Moving Company! Even before I booked, their customer service was friendly, helpful, and quick to respond, which made me feel confident about my choice. I actually chose them over other companies that were cheaper because the experience before booking was already so positive, and I’m so glad I did. On moving day, the crew was communicative, on time, polite, and respectful of my space. They worked quickly and carefully, and everything arrived exactly as it left. I wanted the move to be done in under three hours, and they didn’t even need two and a half! You can tell they take pride in what they do. I’ve moved several times, and this was by far the smoothest and least stressful experience I’ve ever had. I’m so grateful for how easy they made everything! It honestly exceeded my expectations, and I’ll be recommending them to everyone I know. Truly worth every penny.

I’d use this company over and over again. The level of professionalism and speed and respect for your property is second to none. This is my second move with TMC and I’d do it all over again every time. You must tip generously they deserve every penny. Thank you guys.
