I wanted to take some time to share my recent experience with Montilla Law Firm. I will first say I did a ton of research for the best representation in the Orlando region and Montilla Law being relatively new was my fourth call. It can be difficult to get an attorney on the phone to just listen to your situation but at Montilla Law I was able to have an attorney listen to my situation and actually give me the time of the day. My attorney Ryan Brooks was very enthusiastic and resolved the matter to the satisfaction of all parties concerned. He was an excellent communicator and his legal advice was second to none. I highly recommend this firm and hope to never require an attorney ever again but if I do Montilla Law Firm will be the first I call!

I originally reached out to Mr. Montilla (Joel) to help me with a vehicle purchase dispute in Florida, as I live out of state and could not use my local attorney. I also spoke with a few other attorneys in the Orlando area before choosing to work with Mr. Montilla and his team, and I am very glad I did. Not to get into details on the case itself, it was very exhaustive and did not turn out exactly as I'd hoped, but we did get a resolution on everything. I am very grateful to have found Joel, he is very professional, very knowledgeable, and very tactical. And I never once felt like he was trying to stretch out his time (as he was paid by the hour), and the entire time was for getting this resolved as quickly and smoothly as possible. If anything I noticed he passed on some of the less critical items (some paperwork etc.) to his team to save me some costs.. so whenever I received an update on the hours and bill, I was always prepared for the worse but was always less than I expected as he was very generous for the time he calculated that he and his team were on the clock. Most importantly, he and his team felt like people, not like my attorney and his assistants. I felt as if I was chatting with my attorney friend rather than someone bound by a bunch of red tape as to what they could share and say to me. I really did learn through dealing with him and the opposing attorney that not all attorneys are created equal. I really appreciated all of his time and effort he spent to try and help me out as much as he could.. and ultimately, had I gone with someone else it would have taken me much longer, and cost me a whole lot more. I would highly recommend Joel and his team to anyone looking for someone to represent them.
