WOW JUST WOW When you go out and get in your car, and it will not start, it SUCKS! What didn't suck was that I called Shawn, and he was there within 2 hours with a new battery. He was HONEST and told me lots of helpful tips about my car. His billing is nearly half that of others who have shops. I highly recommend!

Very nice gentleman helped me diagnose my car over the phone in great detail!! He was off work, and still made time to answer all of my questions, give me several ideas, and listen intently to my concerns. Helped me set up a game plan to fix the vehicle myself and gave me his availability to come help me if the task was too great for me to accomplish. Highly recommend and highly appreciate!!

Shawn was punctual, polite & friendly from the moment he arrived at my home. When he rendered his diagnosis It was clear to me he knew exactly what he was doing. From then on I have 100% confidence in him, his expertise and his modesty if he must refer you elsewhere for something. Shawn has 100% access to my garage etc. now. I am more than comfortable having him here. It is so convenient & everything is working as it should, now! Prices are soooo reasonable for a home visit and hes doing everything in order to get my car back in tip-top shape for Winter. Better late than NEVER!!!

10/10 experience with Shawn. Came out diagnosed and fixed the issue in an hour and charged me less than what I’ve been charged to just get a diagnosis. The issue ended up being rats that ate some wiring! It’s very difficult to find a good mechanic, I’ll definitely be saving his info.

Excellent customer service, Shawn changed out the cam sensor and valve cover gasket on my Civic. Which is a tedious job on a busy street in eureka. What he charged for the job was more than reasonable. I definitely recommend, he does good work

Husband & I from Shasta Lake, CA. Came for weekend getaway September 19, 2025. We ended up needing a new alternator. What do you do when your out of town? I never thought of a Mobile Mechanic. Especially on a Saturday late Afternoon. He got us up and running again . Thank you. I would definitely recommend him.

Working with Shawn was super easy, he promptly showed up to diagnose the problem with my car and was upfront about what to expect around the costs and extent of repairs. Shawn was able to fix my car temporarily, but as it was not something that could be fully resolved, he didn’t charge me anything other than diagnostics and gave me a lot of advice on my options. I would totally recommend working with him.

I had my negative battery terminal start to go bad last night so I called him at 9am today. He made time and said he could swing by on my lunch and met me in the parking lot. Within 40 minutes he went to the store, got the part I need, and replaced it before I had to go back into work! Charging MUCH less than any shop would’ve charged me in this area and I was very happy with his professionalism and honest pricing. Definitely coming back

I was traveling with my family to Redwood National Park when my car suddenly broke down due to an alternator failure. Despite the timing being right before Thanksgiving, Shawn came to help and repaired my car with incredible professionalism and skill. Without him, I would have likely faced a costly tow and major inconvenience. As a Korean and a non-native English speaker, I especially appreciated how he patiently guided me through everything and even advocated on my behalf when he realized I had unknowingly purchased an overpriced alternator. To make things even more impressive, the alternator I first bought turned out to be defective — and Shawn still stepped up and replaced it again with remarkable responsibility and professionalism. I was truly moved by his expertise, his integrity, and his genuine care for customers. I strongly recommend Shawn — especially if you’re a foreigner or someone who might feel uncertain in a difficult situation. He’s exactly the kind of person you want helping you.
