Recommended talented, responsible and reasonably priced home repair companies to update the home and correct issues that might have affected the presentation and sale. Finally and, likely most importantly to all sellers, we were able to obtain the full requested selling price of our beautiful home. Selling a property requires much more support than a camera, laptop and a lockbox. Carol and her team provided the appropriate comps required to properly price my home, and took the time to learn the things about my community that distinguished my home from others in the area. Especially important was Carol's evaluation of the strength of each buyer's offer, specifically the assumptions on which their offer rested so I avoided taking my home off the market only to have to relist when their financing didn't work out. Carol and her team were also present during inspections and, when we discovered permitting issues that would impact the timing of the sale, supported me through some pretty confusing and complicated Township requirements. Throughout it all Carol and her team are enthusiastic, very accessible and a pleasure to deal with during what can be a stressful experience.
