I have had a pet cemetery for over 20 years. When I visit my babies, I can now see there faces.. John, at the Memorial Man made the headstones for all of them. His work is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS.. I can't say enough about how his craftsmanship is incredible..He worked so patiently with me to get everything done in a timely manner and is such a nice person to work with. I would and ( already have) told so many people about his beautiful work. All my friends and family have come to visit the cemetery and are so impressed 👏 Thank You John..

John Howard is amazing! His customer service is top notch. John not only executed our ideas with ease, but also shifted gears with no hesitation and assisted all the way through to installation. The granite benches he produced for our sorority bench dedications are second to none!!! The benches are truly a piece of art and well constructed. The honoree and all in attendance at the unveilings were blown away. I can’t thank you enough John! So appreciate all of your efforts with this project. You helped us make history/herstory!!

John was incredibly easy to work with and he really cares about getting the headstone right. I was very indecisive about the artwork for my parents headstone. We went back and forth for months. He never lost patience with me and was always incredibly kind during the process. I had no idea the cost of headstones until I started shopping around. I want to say, that this man right here and his family were more than accommodating to mine and my families needs. Understanding such a loss to our family, he was extremely compassionate, working with me and keeping me posted through this whole process. I gave him some ideas and he brought them to life and gave us something so perfect and suiting for my husband's headstone. He was reasonable with pricing, he worked with me through the entire process, and even went out of his way to come place it at my husband's grave sooner than originally arranged due to us having to leave out of town for the week. The masterpiece created and the thought and effort he put into my husband's piece was an amazing experience I will forever be grateful for. I highly recommend his services, you will not find another place or person that will work with you through your process of loosing your loved one. I cried when I saw it, what an amazing job by some really amazing people. If someone asks me for a recommendation, he is 100% it... your funeral expenses are enough but to feel robbed by some of the funeral home prices, I promise you will not be disappointed using this company to help you with your process of all that is left to do when you have lost your loved one. Forever thankful to him and his wife and everyone that contributed to my husband's masterpiece!!

After having a disappointing experience the owner went above and beyond to get my baby her new stone and it looked amazing. Thank you for caring!! After reading nothing but good reviews I chose them to do a stone for my 5 year old daughter that passed away. Today it was put up and I am so disappointed all I want to do is cry. The stone had a chip on it that the man installing put puddy on. The etching on the stone is horrible. The letters were etched on which isn’t what we wanted or paid for. I called 2 weeks ago and let them know how disappointed I was and the woman brushed it off and didn’t respond. I paid cash the day I ordered the stone. Learned my lesson to never pay all the money upfront.

The memorial is perfect. Soon as I saw it I knew it was the right one for my wife. Mr. Waters did a great job installing. Such a beautiful tribute to my sweet wife. Many thanks to everyone involved.
