Very bad service. Went in to replace my tie rods & Tires After inspecting the work, I was charged $170 for a flex pipe & bracket assembly that was not even fully replaced! My local welder said that this weld looks like a child did it! Please take your business somewhere else. Update: The Mechanic. Called & said that the reason it was done this way was because the catalytic converter would have to be replaced also. Notice anything about the catalytic converter that makes you think this is not true?

Finished my shift at the local hospital, and the team here was super helpful at repairing my tire within 40 minutes. Thank you for the quick and effective service!

Amazing Customer service, very affordable price, have had experience stopping by at the workshop for some serious issue that was discovered by the team there and they were able to not only fix the issue timely but the price they charged me for parts and labour was a big surprise to me (Very Reasonable) compare to other mechanics in the town. Not only that they did the work on priority and I was able to get my car fixed within hours which I wasn’t expecting. I am very happy customer and would recommend them 100%.

I was having braking system issues, wasn’t quite sure what exactly was going but my brake pedal was super soft. I walked over to see if they would be able to help me. They took my car in immediately. Worked tirelessly diagnosing the issue, then called before fixing to give me an estimate & make sure I wanted it fixed by them. After fixing, they found the brake pedal still a little soft and were determined to fully fix before returning. I am so impressed with their customer service, their attention to detail, their workmanship. I have found my new mechanics. My husband had been my mechanic for years and sadly had recently unexpectedly passed away, which is why I went looking for somewhere to bring my car to begin with. I will recommend these guys to anyone. They are honest, friendly, kind, caring and their work was impeccable. Thank-you so much for taking care of me at one of my worst times. I will be back for all my future auto issues, big or small.

Do not hesitate to use this facility! They are both quick and reliable!! The owner and mechanics are very nice and honest. You will simply not find a better garage in the city of hamilton. In my opinion. The work is done quickly and accurately. Complimentary beverages and snacks are also offered. We'll use again.

Great experience at this auto shop. The mechanic was honest, explained everything clearly, and didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need. The work was done on time and the price was fair. My car runs perfectly now. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend!! I unfortunately had a flat tire on my way into work at Hamilton General and was very stressed on how I was going to get repaired before the end of the day. They answered the phone right away and told me to bring it over. It was fixed within an hour for a very reasonable price. Very efficient & professional service. Thank you for turning my bad day around!!

The MechaniX Auto Shop Hamilton Ontario is highly Recommended. I done my annual safety inspection here and their mechanics are very honest , knowledgeable. Very reasonable price. The Auto Repair Shop opens 7 days a week from 7AM TO 7PM. The best thing Is that this auto repair shop open Saturday & Sunday as well.
