Great experience! We are so grateful! We booked a 2 hour cleaning very last minute on the same day we were moving out of our house. Sandra and her team were excellent. Every baseboard and corner thoroughly dusted and vacuumed, bathroom perfectly clean. We could have never cleaned the house this nicely ourselves! Thanks again!

Cruz’s team was very well organized, fast, and efficient. Our home is clean and doesn’t smell like a bunch of chemicals. We will definitely be using their service again. We have a 2400 sqft split level home and their methods for cleaning made sure every square inch was dusted, vacuumed, and cleaned.

They’re also great about letting me know when they’re coming and often do extra little tasks around the house just as a courtesy. I have used The Maids for many years and have found them to provide service that is truly exceptional, regardless of which team I have cleaning my house here in Mill Creek. Because I have used The Maids for so many years, I have had several different teams over time. The team I have at this time is the C-6 team lead by Maria A. The women are reliable, friendly, professional, and on time. They do a terrific job of cleaning my two story home every other week. I have also used their companion company, Chinook Services, for exterior work like window cleaning, and inside carpet cleaning. They too, provide 5 star service!

Different crew this time, Yeinmi, team leader. Another great job. "FIVE STARS Plus " Once again an excellent job done by Team B-7 (Isabel*, Sandra, Clara, and Diana). Everything is bright, clean, dust free and the whole house smell refreshing. Another great job done by Isabel and her crew. Very clean and smells great too! Almost to clean to live in. Being a widower, this was my first time having someone else cleaning my home. Isabel and her team, (not good on remembering names) were very cheerful and professional. They did an absolute thorough job; much more than I had expected. Everything just shined. I couldn't thank them enough. I highly recommend "The Maids". Their thoroughness, professionalism, and cheerfulness was exceptional.

The Maids have always done an excellent job of cleaning my home. This latest crew (Maria and C2) were no exception. Everything was sparkling and spelled wonderful. I love using the maids. They go above and beyond, including changing sheets and making beds, vacuuming furniture upholstery and under cushions and emptying all trash. Their 22-step process is meticulous.
