Thankyou so much to Clara and Estelle for the service you provided when my Dads dog needed to cross rainbow bridge. We will never forget the care and compassion you showed ourselves and Ella in her final hr. She was able to cross with the dignity she deserved. You are both very special ladies. From the start to returning her ashes to us was 5* and i highly recommend your company. Thank you once again ❤️

We came to the very hard decision to have our beautiful baby put to sleep, we had chose to use Clara & Estelle through all the positive comments we had seen online. They handled a very difficult time for us with kindness and compassion. We can't thank them enough for making one of the hardest times we have faced as a family go so smooth. Our baby girl thanks to them was able to fall asleep surrounded by her family in the place she loved the most her home. Thank you both so much for everything.

It was the hardest decision to say goodbye to our beloved girl Coco but Estelle and Clara made it so much more bearable. They were so compassionate, caring and patient. We can't thank them enough for their outstanding service and understanding. It was simple to organise through their website and their communication was prompt and reassuring throughout.

We had to send our Henry over the rainbow.The most beautiful , loyal , softest dog we ever had , very nearly 17 years old.He'de walked miles and miles all over Cumbria , camped , stay in caravans , hotels and spent many a cosy snooze in the pub afterwards.He put up with all our kids and other puppies terrorising him whilst they all grew up .soooo gentle and understanding of them all.The hardest decision to send him over that rainbow , many tears ,guilt and heartache ,sometimes you just know.... its time and you cant help them any more. Estelle and Clara were absolutely amazingly kind and thoughtful and although , a really heartbreaking experience , they were very supportive and went through everything. A huge thankyou to them both and to all you guys out there in the same postion as us, scrolling , jusy looking for someone kind , someone to trust ,to help you to give a calm , sleepy send off , to a pet who is your whole world , go with these two ladies at The loving Companions.We couldnt recommend them enough.

We simply can’t thank Clara and Estelle enough for their compassion and care. Thanks to them we were able to create a calm and peaceful environment for our boy, Franek, with all of his family around him. They attended late at night and at very short notice when he suddenly deteriorated and we will be forever grateful for that. For anyone who may be reading this review faced with the hardest of decisions, I can reassure you that The Loving Companion will give your pet the comfort, dignity and expertise that they deserve.

On 24th June I had to make the heartbreaking decision to say goodbye to my beautiful boy Brody. I called The Loving Companion with the request to come to my home. The girls couldn't have been lovelier. Nothing hurried about the visit at all. Brody lay on his bed his doggie music on the TV and surrounded with love. When the moment came he was calm, sedated and a few moments later the final goodbye. All done with dignity and care. He was taken for individual cremation and his ashes returned to me a week later. My heart felt thanks to Clara and colleague for everything. I would wholeheartedly recommend The Loving Companion to anyone who has to face that final goodbye to their beloved pets

We sadly had to say goodbye to our gorgeous companion of 15 years, Bodhi, and we are so pleased to have found Clara and Estelle. Having never made this call before, we really didn’t know what to expect. We were fortunate that on the day we made the difficult decision they were available. The minute they walked into the house there was a sense of relief as we knew we were in the safe hands of extremely compassionate professionals. They were so wonderful with Bodhi - their love of animals shon through. They talked us through the process, were considerate with every detail, giving us the space to say good bye and holding Bodhi as she left us. It was so sad yet so beautifully handled we have a pleasant memory of the experience. Thank you so much Clara and Estelle - you are very special people. 🙏❤️🙏

Making the hardest decision to put are best friend ace to sleep was heartbreaking but Clara and Estelle was definitely the right people to call very professional kind caring let us have time to say goodbye talked us through everything i would highly recommend thanks again

Sadly last week we had to make the agonizing decision to have our 14yr old Springer Spaniel Milo put to sleep. Thank you to Clara and Estelle for their love and kindness they showed to Milo and to us as a family. What was a very difficult time was done with the utmost love respect and dignity. They then returned a few days later to bring Milo's ashes home to us. We would not hesitate to highly recommend Clara and Estelle from The Loving Companion. Thank you Lynne and family xx

Clara and Estelle made my beloved Willow's passing as peaceful as possible. I could see that she liked them both as soon as they came into the home. This is the whole point of this service...so you don't have to stress your pet and say goodbye in such a clinical setting at the vet's. They were professional yet friendly throughout, allowing as much time as was needed so we didn't feel rushed. The whole service was faultless, and I chose The Loving Companion as they offered a full service, including taking away and finally bringing my girl home after the cremation.
