Another busy few days keeping Belfast secure! Here's what we've been up to:
Door Mechanism Failure - Customer couldn't open their side door despite the lock engaging. Gained entry through another door and discovered a failed center case. Replaced and refitted - door working perfectly again.
New Home Security Upgrade - Recent homeowners wanted new handles, letterbox, and locks changed throughout. During the back door handle installation, we discovered a failed mechanism. Sourced a new mechanism for the awkward size, fitted it, and realigned the keeps and latch plate. Everything now working 100%.
Emergency Till Access - Customer broke their key inside a cash register at Castle Court. Got the till opened and key removed quickly - back to business as usual!
Shutter Lock Repair - Electric shutter controller lock failed, preventing the shutter from closing. Dismantled the unit, replaced with a new anti-snap half cylinder, reassembled - shutter working perfectly.
4am Hospital Lockout - Lost keys while working at the hospital. After other 24-hour locksmiths didn't answer, we arrived promptly, gained non-destructive entry, and replaced the lock.
