Another busy week for Lock Ninja Locksmiths Belfast! Here's a look at what we've been up to:
🔧 Sliding Patio Door Repair – A customer's patio door wouldn't close or lock. The Roto mechanism had snapped, leaving the bottom hooks inoperable. We replaced the mechanism and the door is now locking perfectly.
🔓 Lockouts – Several lockouts handled throughout the week, both day and night. All opened non-destructively, no damage, no stress.
🚪 Failed Door Centre Case – A customer couldn't open their door due to a failed centre case inside the door. We sourced the part and replaced it the same day. Door working perfectly again.
⚡ 3AM Emergency Call – A customer stepped out of their room and the door slammed shut behind them — with an electric heater on and candles lit inside. We arrived within 10 minutes and had the door open in 2. Crisis avoided, customer safe and relieved.
