Here's what we've been up to across Belfast this week:
Friday Night Emergency - Called to an Airbnb at 9pm where guests were locked in their room. The keypad lock had completely failed. Got there fast, door opened, keypad fixed, and guests able to check out on time. Landlord and guests both relieved!
University Quarter Cafe Crisis - Local cafe near Queen's called at 7:30am with a broken key stuck in their lock. They needed to open for 8am business. Arrived within 15 minutes, extracted the key, and had them open on schedule. No lost trading time!
UPVC Mechanism Failure - Customer called about a very stiff lock needing replacement. Turned out the entire mechanism inside the door had failed. Replaced it same visit - door now working better than ever.
Lost Key Lockout - Customer locked out overnight after losing their keys. Got the door opened, replaced the lock, and supplied 5 new keys so they've got plenty of spares this time!
New Door Problems - Customer with a brand new composite door got caught out when it closed behind them (old habits!). Got them back inside, then discovered their back door cylinder had also failed and the key wouldn't come out. Fixed both issues - front door open and back door lock replaced.
