Another busy weekend for the Lock Ninja team, and we wouldn't have it any other way!
Job 1 — Emergency Call-Out, Rathcoole, Newtownabbey 10PM 🚨
A customer called us Friday night in a panic — their latch had completely failed and they couldn't get their front door closed. We got there fast, replaced the faulty gearbox, and fitted a brand new upgraded lock. The old one simply wasn't up to scratch, so we made sure they were fully secured before we left. ✅
Job 2 — Key Stuck in Lock + Bonus Mortice Fix 🔑
Another customer couldn't remove their key no matter what they tried.
We diagnosed the fault, swapped out the lock, and while on site sorted their back door mortice lock too — because that's just what we do! They left us with a fully working door, a new lock and 5 brand new keys.
