Mr. Anthony Penoso executed wills for my late husband and myself in 2007. After my husband passed in 2022 I went back to revise my own will. He listened to my wishes and advised when deemed necessary. I had an issue recently that he clarified for me. When he said ‘ I’ve got your back’ if anything else transpires over this. I knew he meant it. He is professional, personable, caring, knowledgeable and witty. He deserves more than 5 stars !!!!

Anthony is absolutely amazing and a very determined person. Especially when it comes to his clients. He was put onto my case im such short notice and represented me when my other lawyer didnt pull through. He jumped onto my case with hardly any information an had my back like he has known me my whole life. Im beyond Thankful for his representation and guidance for my family and making me feel so confident and safe with my case. I can't thank him enough .

5 stars is not enough for Mr. Penoso! He took on my case with only 3 weeks until my final hearing and he has it all locked in right on time. He is not only professional but also very personable. I have never found myself in this situation before so I didn't know what to expect and he was able to instill the utmost confidence that all is going to come out where we want it to. I know that if I ever need an attorney again it will definitely be him that I go to and will be recommending him to others as well.

A very positive experience during a very stressful time. Anthony Penoso represented me during an emotional and painful divorce. He was there with guidance and advice every step of the way. Let me start off by saying the 1 star is due to the lack of the option for 0 stars! My experience with Anthony Paul Penoso and his office was extremely negative. I found his conduct to be unprofessional and troubling He appeared at my workplace unannounced, attempting to deliver paperwork. Just days later, he returned with additional documents alleging my employers were in contempt of court--an accusation that seemed entirely unfounded. I found his conduct to be unprofessional and troubling. After a disagreement, he filed what I believe to be a baseless injunction against me. (which was thrown out in court) What concerned me most was the apparent coordination with individuals in the same business strip to support questionable claims, including what I believe were fabricated police reports. This behavior felt harassing and manipulative. The staff at his office did not conduct themselves professionally either. Communication was poor, and the overall atmosphere was hostile. Based on my experience, I question the authenticity of many of the positive reviews posted online. I'm sharing this to help others make informed decisions. If you're considering working with this office, I strongly recommend doing thorough research and seeking legal advice if needed. After 3 long years of Mr. Penoso bullying and harassing me, it was myself and my children who won as the courts denied him and his client their "wish list."

If you’re looking for an attorney who truly stands out, Mr. Penoso is the one. Five stars aren’t enough to describe how great my experience was with Mr. Penoso. He is professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly charismatic. I always felt supported and confident with him representing me. I called in because somebody who owed me money via court order, filed bankruptcy. I wanted to know my possible next steps, and was hoping to pay a reasonable price for assistance in filing a claim to bankruptcy court, to hopefully recover some of what I was owed. Anthony was great he actually spent 41 minutes on the phone with me listening to my sob story and walking me through how to file the paperwork on my own and not one time did he try to charge me just did so out of the kindness of his heart! Mr. Penoso deserves more than 5 stars on any given day. After an extremely tough case that ended up being drawn out over the course of 3 years due to no fault of mine or Anthony's, he handled my case with so much understanding, patience, and determination. Romia, who is a member of his office staff, is also one of the kindest and reassuring people I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with. He truly exceeded my expectations, and I will continue allow him represent me moving forward. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone seeking legal representation.
