The Kind house is a bar - restaurant Not hotel Staff is very nice, prices acceptable, taste is good, portions are not small but not big also There are two levels, the rooftop which is restaurant And under it old apartment which is setup as bar cafe, with music and cool bartender. Highly recommend for some Birthday parties or just meetup with friends

Great atmosphere with a wooden fireplace. Very nice people, great good, draught beer.

We absolutely loved the food here, excellent grilled meat and spicy wings. Service was good, fast and friendly and the location is nice, tucked away and a little quiet.

I went to this place a while back and enjoyed it so much that I decided to make it my main spot for celebrations. This time, we had made reservations in the smoking area a week ago. We arrived on the day of the reservation, 15 minutes before our reservation and were informed that they cannot accomodate us. I was looking forward to spending some quality time at this place but they ended up disappointing me. PS: the host made a rude comment about the fact that we were not from Armenia.

Everything was awful:the waiter just wanted to sell their product. First we asked if they have fried vegetables and if they could bring them fully, not cut. They gave a positive answer, but brought grilled ones and cut. Second we wanted village potato and they brought just 1 potato, undercooked, and it wasn't the potato we wanted. And the price was very high for just that 1 potato. And third we ordered Jack Daniels whiskey and it wasn't the original one, just cheap mixture of vodka and water. And it was also very expensive for its quality. After it we had nausea. So once again I wanna say that everything was awful,,, of course except for the place, atmosphere. 🙃

Best ribs I've had in Yerevan. Very fresh meat, very moist and the barbecue sauce isn't overdone like most other places. You really taste the meat. Very affordable and generous portions. The concept and decor, especially downstairs are worth a visit all on their own.

April 2024 A group of 6 had dinner here. The journey to the restaurant is like an adventure. Stairs that head to another bar. Don't go to the bar. Continue to another level. Into another bar. Walk through the bar to another floor up. Now you are on the roof top. You will meet a service guide to your table. After that .. another joy will come soon. The food and drinks are marvelous. If we have another opportunity, we will be back. Love the pork and chicken ..

Amazing service, very hospitable staff and delicious food. We asked for a rare steak and it was perfectly cooked. The place has a really cool and chill vibe as well 😊

Great bar with its own unique spirit! Wonderful interiors. Like you are visiting a friend who parties all the time in a huge house ) Drinks are great, I have tried Negroni, no complaints. Food could be better. The beef in beef burger with jalapeño is too dry to my tase. But the team and the whole atmosphere makes me star this place with five. Definitely must visit in Yerevan!

What an incredible place ! Food is just delicious, service is impeccable and cocktails are superior, all located in a renovated house with cool graffiti and local art. Amazing 😍🤩
