The Kond House

The Kond House is a traditional Yerevan house transformed into a bar, distillery and an open air grill bar. We bring here our experience of distilling eau de vies from the fruit that we harvest ourselves, and use it to devise unique cocktails. On weekends, you can dive into the world of noisy parties at the Kond House, or chill and enjoy conversations with your friends in the nonsmoking room and the outdoor terrace. Join us if you're a freelancer, because the outdoor terrace is the perfect spot to concentrate on your work in the blossoming garden in the center of the city.
