Absolute worst experience with Kitchen Outlet. My first purchase was a ready-made kitchen — poor finishing, broken glass door, and empty promises of replacement. Despite this, I gave them another chance and ordered a tailor-made kitchen with appliances. That was a huge mistake. It has been over 2 years, and the oven is still not delivered. I even paid extra for Blum lift-up hydraulics, but they installed a cheap Chinese brand that doesn’t even work properly. The owner, Ammar, is completely unprofessional — ignores calls and messages for days and makes false commitments every time. Their showroom may look nice, but it’s just a trap — all show, no delivery, no service. If you value your time and money, stay far away from Kitchen Outlet.

These guys outsource most of the work and will practically lie to you without a thought. I got my kitchen after a long wait and fights. I haven't moved into my residence yet and half of the sheets are already coming off since they were manually pasted. I haven't even loaded any cutlery of plates in the cupboards yet and their base is already falling off. Most of the cabinets are crooked and one of their vanities wasn't installed properly and almost caused an accident. They have delivered some accessories weeks after completing the kitchen for which we had to run after them. I'm paying a carpenter a hefty amount now, to fix all these problems. When I spoke to them to fix these issues, they would not even show up to make those fixes and would play Good cop, Bad cop to deal with me. They've closed their Facebook reviews and I'm pretty sure you'll find other similar reviews on Google. Last I checked, they are probably planning to start operations under a different name in DHA Phase 7, Karachi.
