The Kennels - Boarding and Grooming

First stay for a full day and the staff impressed me with their gentle kindness with my timid golden retriever. They took the time to explain lots of details and made me feel comfortable and confident. I’m so pleased things went so well. My doggie will be back again!

The Kennels are our go to for boarding our two dogs. The accommodations, the customized care and the friendly staff leave us feeling calm and secure that our pups are in good hands while we travel. The extras like play yard time and long walks make it an easy choice on where we board. We can’t recommend The Kennels enough!

The Kennels in Grass Valley have been excellent for our dog's boarding and grooming. They take very good care of him, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

I just changed groomer’s recently due to my previous one retiring and thereafter not really happy with the next groomer. Holly was unbelievably awesome and I’m so happy to find a new groomer to carry on taking care of my little guy, who has never looked so cute immediately after being groomed. I will definitely book with this place in the future.

The staff is wonderful at The Kennels! They are very friendly, very helpful, and made me feel confident that Nutmeg was in a safe place. It was very clean and welcoming. She told me she wants to come back next year!

We’ve taken our Charlie to the Kennels for years and have always been happy with how well she’s taken care of. Cindi and the rest of the staff are so good to her and give her lots of love and attention.

Holly was wonderful with my 15 yr old Boykin Spaniel, Willy, for a puppy cut and bath. Friendly and professional!!

boarded our two Great Danes for nine days while we were on vacation and I was really pleased with Cindy and Kay. I called a few times before hand as this was the dogs first time being boarded and we were in regular communication while on vacation. The whole time reviving great service. The dogs seemed to get along very well while staying there. Very easy online registration and I just emailed the dogs’ shot records and was communicated with and updated every step Of the way.

We take our 14 year old cockapoo “Hilo” to The Kennels, we have been using their services for 6 years now. We highly recommend them. The visits are safe, clean and we know our loved one is given the best of compassion and kindness. If he could talk he would be very appreciative of The Kennels staff and accommodations as my husband and I are.
