As first time home buyer, Charles made the process less stressful. He understands that as first time buyers there are an abundance of things we don’t understand. However he took the time to walk us through our house offer contract. He was able to break down the content of the contract in a way that was more understandable. Not many real agents can do that. He is straight to the point and not pushy either. He will listen to you and offers multiple good strategies on winning on a property. These are the qualities that we saw and allowed us to win our first house.

Working with Charles and Hanna to purchase our first home was such a smooth and easy experience. We had specific things we were looking for and were in the middle of wedding planning- there was so much that could have gone wrong! But, we are so thankful we found Charles and his team who helped us along the way and we ended up finding a home perfect for us. We were able to close two weeks after our wedding and start our new life chapter and while it was a crazy couple weeks, everything went as well as it could have possibly gone. Charles was very helpful in reviewing builder documents for us, giving advice on lenders and just overall being so knowledgeable about the industry. 10/10 recommend!!

After bookmarking a few homes I wanted to look at, we spent several afternoons looking at most of them. I could tell Charles was an expert because he was able to identify if a house was being overvalued or properly priced. All in all, it only took a week or so to get a contract for a home, and within the next month or so I was ready to close for my first home purchase! Charles is a long time friend, so naturally, he was great to work with. But sometimes they say not to mix friendship with business. But not in this case. He helped my parents sell their condo in no time, in just a few days, last month. And it was sold 20% more of the listed price! Charles and his team’s staging of my parents condo was well done.
