Great people and very professional they definitely know what they’re doing and for a really great price. I was in a big thank you as they helped my wife when she was in a great deal of pain. It would recommend this place to anyone very nice and respectful people from the front door to the time you leave the front door

I had an initial consult, assessment, and adjustment with Dr. Shelby yesterday. She was very thorough, answered all of my questions, and my first adjustment went really well. She made me feel comfortable and overall, the visit was outstanding. I highly recommend The Joint as their walk-in/no appointment feature allows you to drop in anytime for your adjustment (on your provider's scheduled days), making it convenient.

Bennett has helped me completely turn around rehabbing my knee, and I’m almost back to where I was a couple years ago before I had my son—which is honestly insane. Beyond the work itself, he’s been super honest about not being a cure-all and made it clear there’d be work I needed to put in outside of seeing him to really get back on track, which I appreciated. He also shared a ton of helpful info and even a few key workouts that are already making a difference. I went in thinking it was a small injury, and he helped me cover all the bases while being upfront that he’s not an X-ray. Just a great experience and I'll be seeing him for a long time!

Today was my first visit to The Joint and I’m very happy I walked in. The front desk person made me feel welcome and explained the new patient process thoroughly. Dr. Dakota was amazing and very patient with me and my nerves. He talked me through the whole process and made sure I felt comfortable with the adjustment before starting. Today I waited 15 minutes in the front while a new customer was being checked in. Meanwhile other people piled up behind me, though I was the first in line by a long time other customers we served before me. The adjustments here are ok but the customer service is in need of some serious improvement. If you value your time stay away from this joint.

I had a great experience at this clinic today. I came in with lower back pain and was honestly pretty nervous, but the chiropractor was incredibly kind, listened carefully, and explained everything before starting. The treatment was gentle and exactly what I needed.
