I could barely walk for two days. I had to have assistance just to get up; the pain was so unbearable that it silenced me. I finally decided to make an appointment. I expected to feel ok leaving. I did not expect the amazing table-side manner that Dr. Alvarez displayed! He listened, explained everything, and made clear that healing was a process, not a one-time thing. By the time he was done with me...I was literally smiling at everyone. I felt so amazing. My lower is a doozie, but I could almost dance leaving there. The experience was life-changing.

Had my 1st visit with Dr. Strickland today and it was one of my two BEST experiences since joining the Joint! Very professional and communicative, great energy, and techniques left me feeling relaxed & relieved! The Stockbridge location is my new FAVE!

Strickland was amazing! This is my second visit with him. He is very personable and accommodating. Explained everything precise to me on how the body works, the muscles and nerves. I had vertigo symptoms and he helped me relieve tension and pressure as well as gave me some at home techniques to do. I look forward to coming back every few weeks.

Looking for chiropractor for same day visit. They were able to see me same day. Awesome! Chiropractor was very knowledgeable and able to start the process to get me back to excellent health. Very excited. Have insurance but this is very affordable without any bells and whistles and you can walk in without appointment. Very modern and clean office.

I had an excellent first chiropractic experience with this team. Shalom provided a warm and welcoming introduction, and Dr. Strickland and Dr. Clark were both highly professional and reassuring. I felt immediate relief after my adjustments. Danyielle also kept everything organized and running smoothly behind the scenes. Overall, the entire staff was kind, attentive, and effective. I truly appreciate the care and would highly recommend them.

Dr. Alvarez and his team were very attentive and swift in helping me with my injury. As a professional dancer, sometimes we don’t get sick days. I got whiplash and had to dance the next day. He adjusted my body and got me back to at least manage. With his help over the next few weeks, I’m sure I’ll be back to normal. This clinic was very clean and overall great atmosphere

During my first visit of the year, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the company had undergone staffing changes. The new atmosphere was invigorating, and the service was exceptional. Upon arrival, the receptionist, Miss Shalom, was notably attentive and helpful, guiding me in selecting the most suitable wellness plan. I was also very pleased with my new chiropractor, Mr. Strickland, who demonstrated a strong presence and shared his expertise and treatment plan with me, which greatly eased my concerns. His excellent bedside manner left me feeling both physically rejuvenated and spiritually uplifted.

Front desk associate was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in walking me through the process of picking out a plan to support my whole chiropractic health. The chiropractor was very nice and made his assessment of my care easy to understand. He was intentional expressing the full scope of my ongoing treatment. I highly recommend this establishment and look forward to more visits.

I've consistently experienced great customer service. During my first visit last week, I had a wonderful experience. My second visit today further reinforced my positive impression, and I'm pleased to report significant improvements in my mobility, including better posture. As a result, I've scheduled weekly visits. The doctors and office staff are professional and exceptional. I highly recommend their services.
