Pros : -They were able to resolve the overall issue. -They listened to my feedback in troubleshooting. -Staff is friendly. -Parts availability in this shop is Excellent. I once needed a specific PSU and these guys had it in stock and my problem was solved immediately. -The Store itself is very well made and the products are displayed well, which is very important for a custom gaming PC shop for visualization purposes. -Follow up was decent. Cons : - Technical know how of PC parts is a litle lacking. They were not aware of the most basic CPU fan mount clips, USB 3\2 port colours. - They need to handle PC parts a lot more carefully. Despite me warning them that my PC is delicate and older, they really bent my CPU heatsink by quite a bit which caused the CPU fan to mount crooked. It looked really bad guys. I had to fix that myself during pick up. - I was told the CPU was not working but they managed to "fix" it after I informed them that this CPU was working perfectly just until a few days back and that its a very high end CPU (for it's time) and it can't "just break". Had I not made my case, I would have had to buy a new CPU which would have been an expensive affair for a customer. So please troubleshoot fully before informing the customer. I paid substantial repair fees for exactly that reason, to FIX. But I am atleast glad that they heard me out so thanks for that actually. - Cable management skills under the cabinet's back panel could use some work. - They are a little defensive about genuine issues, it's ok to be defensive but not when there's a legitimate issue\customer concern. The Cons unfortunately outweighed the Pros this time, but I hope you take this feedback constructively so you can guys can do much better in the future and so that my next visit is a lot more confidence inducing. I kinda want this business to do well, coz there are very few boutique style shops like this for custom PC builders. There are a lot of gaps to be covered however, so please work on those. Thanks for reading.

I’ve been following The IT Gear Super Reviews for a while, and it’s one of the most reliable sources for PC hardware guidance and product reviews. Their content is clear, practical, and focused on real-world performance, not just specs on paper. The best part is how they explain complex topics like GPUs, BIOS settings, and RAM tuning in a way that’s easy to understand, even for beginners building their first PC. They also show actual benchmark results, giving viewers confidence before making a purchase. The presentation is neat, the testing is thorough, and the advice feels genuine — not like sponsored hype. Whether you’re choosing between GPUs, comparing SSDs, or setting up your first gaming rig, The IT Gear Super Reviews is definitely worth checking out. Overall Rating: 5/5 — Trusted, technical, and transparent!
