First experience at The House Bar, was amazingly surprised by the warm hospitality from Cedric, Jun and Raymond. Jun recommended sakes with good flavour profiles, perfectly paired with the food items ordered. Ebi Wasabi - prawns were plump and juicy, well seasoned, kizami wasabi was the perfect touch to the dish Wagyu Tataki - juicy, well torched and ponzu was refreshing Thank you for the evening, will definitely be back here again!

The waiter was warm and attentive, thoughtfully explaining each dish. I had the green tea umeshu and a cocktail—both decent. The wagyu sando looked great but was a bit tough to chew. The space is intimate, but the loud fridge noise disrupted the vibe slightly. Overall, better for casual drinks than a full dinner.

Had the Tsuki set here. Small quiet place with nice vibes. We especially loved the sashimi dish, the marinade was so good! Other dishes were good too - uni was not the smelly kind. Overall, good experience here~

Hidden gem of a bar! Japanese inspired drinks by QingTing (Head Bartender) & food made by Yong (Head Chef) were amazing. Andrew the Operations Manager was very friendly explaining the concept of the bar & omakase restaurant next door & gave some great food recommendations as well. The fresh oysters with yuzu jelly is definitely a MUST TRY - super fresh & they were HUGE! Overall, a very nice experience & we'll return for sure!

Came here for dinner, and their service here is really top notch! The 2 guys who attended to us were really nice and polite! They took time to explain the menu and dishes to us 👏🏻 Really love that little touch! Thankful it wasn’t a very busy Friday as well, so had a quiet dinner, which was nice! Loved the starters and the maki! Def worth trying the house maki - the mentaiko sauce was AMAZING! And the uni pasta, was a really rich creamy sauce which went so well with the uni! Really great first time at this place, and enjoyed ourselves!

quiet and cozy bar tucked behind a painting in conrad. drinks were slightly sweet, but incredibly well balanced (kiko yume, hojicha old fashioned, plum passion, in-house rendition of bee's knees). got the happy hour platter to have a taste of the food - was ok, but not as impressive as the drinks. would highly recommend coming here for their cocktails!

Highly recommend this hidden Japanese bar in Singapore! 🥰 Big thanks to the handsome bartender for the amazing non-alcoholic cocktail — it was super tasty and full of creativity! ✨ You can really feel the effort and passion he puts into every drink. Even if you don’t drink alcohol, there’s something special waiting for you here. If you’re in Singapore, this is a must-visit spot. Don’t forget to ask for him!

Very nice and hidden bar in Conrad hotel. Their main bar counter was nice but also their private room was very comfortable and good to chill.

10/10 experience here! A hidden bar within Conrad Singapore Orchard Hotel that hit all the spots for me - from the food and drinks, to the ambience and the service! Helmed by award-winning head bartender Qing Ting, the bar's specialty cocktails draw on Japanese spirits and flavors to bring out the DNA of The House Bar. Chef Yong's freshly prepared dishes are also not to be missed, such as the Bluefin Tuna Tartare, The House Bar Maki, Negitoro Uni Caviar Temaki and Miyazaki Wagyu Sando.

I’ve been to many hidden cocktail bars in my lifetime, and finding this bar was quite the challenge for me haha. Inconspicuous yet obvious once you’ve found it, and it was 100% worth the hunt. Great drinks, even better food and generally a pleasant and minimalistic ambience all around. The main bartender really knows her stuff and was all too ready to recommend us our next drink/dish. I really enjoyed the cocktail named Orchard which has Barley Shochu as the base. The Blue Tuna Tartare and Signature Maki are two absolute must-haves. Not a bad find at all ☺️
