First experience at The House Bar, was amazingly surprised by the warm hospitality from Cedric, Jun and Raymond. Jun recommended sakes with good flavour profiles, perfectly paired with the food items ordered.
Ebi Wasabi - prawns were plump and juicy, well seasoned, kizami wasabi was the perfect touch to the dish
Wagyu Tataki - juicy, well torched and ponzu was refreshing
