A very nice cozy jem! They have happy hour 5-7pm daily for classic cocktail. Barachirashi don and salmon ikura don is $10 each during HH. Classic Martini is great, the hint of lemon and the classic shaken vodka with olive , no complaint! Second order - Negroni, personally felt too much Campari was too sweet and overly much of Campari , reminds me of cough mixture 😵‍💫, not sure if they are kind enough to change it to old fashion so that I can give a more detailed review of this new found gem. 😄 The mini don is a MUST ORDER! Guys, the waitress readily changed my second serving of Negroni to old fashion when I requested that the Negroni was not to my liking ☺️ And I would like to say : the old fashioned is kinda POWER! Very fragrant with the hint of orange zest. 😉 Conclusion: go for old fashion , if you are like me split between old fashion and Negroni. In summary: The house bar is a nice place to hang out for a group of 2,-6-7 group. Nice food and drinks !

First experience at The House Bar, was amazingly surprised by the warm hospitality from Cedric, Jun and Raymond. Jun recommended sakes with good flavour profiles, perfectly paired with the food items ordered. Ebi Wasabi - prawns were plump and juicy, well seasoned, kizami wasabi was the perfect touch to the dish Wagyu Tataki - juicy, well torched and ponzu was refreshing Thank you for the evening, will definitely be back here again!

Drinks were great (Matcha one was my favourite!) The salmon tartare with nori chips was delicious as well :) Cozy luxurious bar.

The waiter was warm and attentive, thoughtfully explaining each dish. I had the green tea umeshu and a cocktail—both decent. The wagyu sando looked great but was a bit tough to chew. The space is intimate, but the loud fridge noise disrupted the vibe slightly. Overall, better for casual drinks than a full dinner.

I had a fantastic time at The House Bar. The food was genuinely impressive, but what really stood out was the hospitality. The team is so nice and professional, making you feel right at home. The atmosphere is super cozy, making it the ideal place to catch up with friends over great Japanese cuisine. Will definitely be back!

Hidden gem of a bar! Japanese inspired drinks by QingTing (Head Bartender) & food made by Yong (Head Chef) were amazing. Andrew the Operations Manager was very friendly explaining the concept of the bar & omakase restaurant next door & gave some great food recommendations as well. The fresh oysters with yuzu jelly is definitely a MUST TRY - super fresh & they were HUGE! Overall, a very nice experience & we'll return for sure!

Came here for dinner, and their service here is really top notch! The 2 guys who attended to us were really nice and polite! They took time to explain the menu and dishes to us 👏🏻 Really love that little touch! Thankful it wasn’t a very busy Friday as well, so had a quiet dinner, which was nice! Loved the starters and the maki! Def worth trying the house maki - the mentaiko sauce was AMAZING! And the uni pasta, was a really rich creamy sauce which went so well with the uni! Really great first time at this place, and enjoyed ourselves!

quiet and cozy bar tucked behind a painting in conrad. drinks were slightly sweet, but incredibly well balanced (kiko yume, hojicha old fashioned, plum passion, in-house rendition of bee's knees). got the happy hour platter to have a taste of the food - was ok, but not as impressive as the drinks. would highly recommend coming here for their cocktails!

10/10 experience here! A hidden bar within Conrad Singapore Orchard Hotel that hit all the spots for me - from the food and drinks, to the ambience and the service! Helmed by award-winning head bartender Qing Ting, the bar's specialty cocktails draw on Japanese spirits and flavors to bring out the DNA of The House Bar. Chef Yong's freshly prepared dishes are also not to be missed, such as the Bluefin Tuna Tartare, The House Bar Maki, Negitoro Uni Caviar Temaki and Miyazaki Wagyu Sando.

Had the Tsuki set here. Small quiet place with nice vibes. We especially loved the sashimi dish, the marinade was so good! Other dishes were good too - uni was not the smelly kind. Overall, good experience here~
