Joe & Kevin at Westborough, MA new england branch are exceptional! Joe drove down to CT branch to pick up ideal lift chair, & he & Kevin set up. Second equipment visit in a week, & we couldnt be more grateful to them, & Alex at CT store for fielding call: response - FAST. Had bed next day (Sunday!) In time for unexpected discharge. THBS locations work seamlessly as a perfect N.E. partnership - old school professionalism & kindness. #1, best.

Over the top customer service. From my initial phone call with Alex, a wealth of information. Friendly and accommodating. FABULOUS PRICING, FAST DELIVERY. Oh and the delivery, Kevin was careful, thorough, gave us a little tutorial insuring us everything worked as it should. He even wiped down the mattress! Old fashioned first class customer service at good pricing.

Phone order was handled with good information and clarity. Hospital bed delivery was within 2 days by Kevin who showed care to the client as well as to the assisted living facility. He communicated well, set up efficiently and had a friendly manner. Thank you.

The service I received from the Hospital Bed Store, along with it’s two owners, Joe and Alex, was extraordinarily outstanding both during my stay in the hospital and after returning home, to use the hospital bed. Both Alex and Joe were most assuringly hospitable when both my friend and I spoke with them prior to my returning home from the hospitable , to discuss and iron out matters, related to the comfort of the bed, pricing, and delivery date, all adhered to precisely as discussed. When the most comfortable bed was delivered, Joe placed it to specification, according to the direction of my friend and family, and Joe even helped my friend move my desk to another room , to prepare the room for the bed. When the bed rails were forgotten, as part of the delivery, it was no problem for Joe- He most kindly returned with the forgotten items. Too, when Joe picked up the bed after use, he did a wonderful job moving it out of my home, and he even kindly helped me move my own mattress, and paraphernalia, which were stored in another room, back to my bedroom. For all the above reasons, I would highly recommend the Hospital Bed Store to anyone needing such service. In my opinion,The Hospital Bed Store is a first-rate operation, from start to finish, and you will not be disappointed!

Kevin did a great job getting the recliner/lift chair into my upstairs bedroom. He needed help from my husband getting it up our stairs, however, and we would suggest that he have someone with him when we return the chair.
