Unfortunately my mom and my son had a bad experience with Julio, he had them going to the airport with the wrong information, I ended up purchasing additional airfare in order for them to make it to the tour, he promised reimbursement to me and to my family while they were on the tour, its been 2 months and he hasn't done anything, the next step is to report his company to the attorney general's office in NYC. We are very disappointed at Julio and his company Holy Land.
