Someone literally shot into our apartment and then they invoiced us $900 for painting and carpet cleaning at the end of our lease. Maintenance that has to be done anyway. We did not leave huge holes in the walls or damage any property. I have attached photos taken the day we moved out. All the stains in all the cabinets were there when we moved in. Do with this what you will but be careful.

I lived her from 2023-2024. Everything was okay when i moved in until summer of 2024. Our apartment was INFESTED with roaches. When we made a report, all they did was set roach traps which were infested in a matter of 2 hours. they had the audacity to BLAME us for it. then two days later, they sent out an email that there had been an infestation of roaches EVERYWHERE. i’m so glad i moved out. not only that, the management sucks. they’re so rude for no reason. they gave us attitude when we decided to end our lease. let me also not forget the time my apartment got flooded from the sink backing up while i was gonna for one day.

Moving into the Heritage at Hooper hill was such an easy and smooth experience due to the Amazing Staff and customer service. The lady in the office named Kelly is so friendly, kind, and helpful. I am grateful for the help I received.

I recently signed a lease at this apartment complex and was initially pleased with how helpful the leasing agent seemed JEANERIA VIGILANT. However, the tone and attitude changed drastically as soon as I signed the lease. When I asked basic questions — like confirming the rent amount and parking details — I was met with frustration and told she was annoyed for having to repeat herself. Frankly, this kind of attitude is unacceptable, especially during such an important process. As a paying tenant, I expect professionalism and patience — not irritation. I haven’t even moved in yet and I’m already reconsidering my decision. Management seriously needs to re-evaluate who represents their property because first impressions matter, and this was not a good one

I am glad I read the google reviews. I was thinking of renting there but after seeing the reviews of roaches and maintenance not fixing the AC, I decided to find another place. Thanks to all who posted reviews about the issues.

We have lived here for almost eleven years. The location is the best, and it's quiet if you have lovely neighbors. I can't say much about the front office because they are new, but they did make sure maintenance came right away to fix our problem, and the maintenance guys are always pleasant and respectful; they do their job. They only bad thing is there is not much parking, so if you can get a garage, do it, and some folks drive through the apartments with loud music. Overall, we like it here, and I would recommend these apartments.

Was a resident from March 2022 until May 2024. Complex has been through 2 management company which was rockstar & now Promark. Promark does a better job at fixing the gates compared to rockstar but at least once or twice a month you will see the gate broken. There are definitely roaches in every building. You will still have the infestation even with keeping the home spotless & pest control coming by every week. Most work orders can take up to a week to be worked on but they are quicker when it involves issues with A/C or plumbing. Most of the residents are nice & keep to themselves. Most of the time, it’s hard to find a parking spot but if you pay for a reserve parking space then you will be fine. Some (not ALL) staff members are rude. Even if you come at them polite and professional, they will talk to you like if they are above you. I had originally gave this place one star but Ann at the office assisted me with resolving an issue with the move out invoice so I’m giving it two stars. Would only recommend moving here as a last resort.

If you're thinking about staying here or anywhere premarket. Go somewhere else. Management has been by far the worst experience I've had to deal with in years of living in apartment. Paying 1300 a month id expect everything to be easy going but every few months Management would have some crap they "forgot" to charge me and make it my problem. They act like I live by the lease and they also took 6 months just to fix my ice maker... when I re-signed for my lease they never added my garage until 2 months after the fact and again blamed me over the situation and charged me. They are constantly having pay issues with the portal, constantly having gate issues and have been saying over 2 years it's getting replaced soon. The apartment layout is pretty weird as well. I feel there's a lot of wasted space including the closet in the porch. There's far better places for much cheaper save yourself the headache and stay away from promark. Oh and don't assume the end of your lease is the end of your lease you have to sign a 60 day prior notice so I'll be paying them for a whole month of rent when I won't be staying there.

I've lived at this apartment complex since 2021, it was reasonably priced, and had next to no issues with any maintenance work that needed to be completed. The rent has rose about 100 dollars each renewal with no end, while the quality has gone down. However as of late December 2023 i've noticed heavy delays in any kind of maintenance request, and back to back issues specifically regarding my AC for my unit. Each time maintenance comes by the only thing they do is tell me to replace my air filter (i've done so several times, even when it wasn't needed.) and that they just need to add more freon, and they leave it at that. the issue never gets resolved with my AC. At this point my AC has become such a problem that i've opted to just move out since I am at the end of my lease.

Lived in these apartments for a few years. Went through many trials and tribulations that made me and my families life here come to an end. First the roaches, we complained to the office a handful of times. They “bombed and did a deep spray” twice and the problem never came to an end. Things were stolen off of our porch (i.e a skateboard). When delivering notices they violate your privacy and walk into your dwelling when you’re not home to post it on the back door. Our vehicle was struck by maintenance golf cart, and the compensation was literally not enough to even repair. There’s break ins and robberies of cars and good luck parking in the first place. When the office is addressed about any of these things they claim, “not their problem the cameras only show the front gate.” During the summer when enjoying the pool my wife’s cell phone was stolen out of her bag. For the price you pay it is not worth the headache nor the time. Not to mention paying a “$30 valet trash fee” on top of the dumpster fee, on top of the office fee, on top of a useless pest control fee, on top of a fee to pay the entirety of rent, and many more fees. READ ALL PARTS OF LEASE WHEN SIGNING AND THE HIDDEN FEES THAT ADD UP.
