The Havelock Hotel

Worst hotel as service was bad. Employee at reception is arguing as i am complaining to him about the service. He puts the reciever of Landline on side so that no one can call at the reception. Rooms are worst, no water in the washroom. Took the advance payment completly as they know there services are worst.

The Worst Hotel Experience of My Life If I could give this hotel zero stars, I would. This was, hands down, the most pathetic experience I’ve ever had. The rooms were no clean bedsheets, dirty mattresses. What made it even worse was the attitude of the manager and the owners Randeep singh. He threatened me of police and owner said you have check out in midnight.How to talk to a female customer? Neither the owner nor the manager, nor any of the staff, knows.. Instead of addressing our complaints, they were defensive, rude, and seemed more interested in arguing than solving problems. They clearly have no regard for customer feedback or basic hospitality standards. Avoid this hotel at all costs. It’s a nightmare you don’t want to live through.

Reception staff is very free and good behaving. Rooms are also good and clean with reasonable price. Plus service staff is also very helpful.

Stayed for two nights. Hotel location is good. travelung to Ujjain and near city was easy . Room was clean. Staff was polite . Tried american buffet breakfast which was okay and could be better .Overall experience was very good.

Stayed with family for 2 days, food is tasty and staff is also very polite and helpful. Best choice for family stay.

This is not a good hotel to stay.. They post the wrong pictures in there web site and the service and rooms are in hygienic. And in the breakfast they don't serve a good food and we found an insect in food and no staff is reacting to it. I suggest not to select this hotel for stay.. Very cheap maintenance. I don't give a rating for them because they are not worth for rating .

Lit is very good to stay here, feels great, amazing hospitality, food quality is very good I am a regular guest here from last 2 years and every time it was amazing stay. The staff is amazing.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The moment we entered the room, there was a strong bad smell, and the entire space felt extremely damp and musty. The walls were full of moisture, and I even noticed insects crawling on them. I have recorded all of this on video as proof. This kind of environment is unhygienic and uncomfortable, especially for familiesThe hotel clearly does not maintain cleanliness or basic standards for guest comfort I strongly recommend avoiding this place and booking a different hotel for a safe and pleasant stay
