The Havelock Hotel

Stayed for two nights. Hotel location is good. travelung to Ujjain and near city was easy . Room was clean. Staff was polite . Tried american buffet breakfast which was okay and could be better .Overall experience was very good.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The moment we entered the room, there was a strong bad smell, and the entire space felt extremely damp and musty. The walls were full of moisture, and I even noticed insects crawling on them. I have recorded all of this on video as proof. This kind of environment is unhygienic and uncomfortable, especially for familiesThe hotel clearly does not maintain cleanliness or basic standards for guest comfort I strongly recommend avoiding this place and booking a different hotel for a safe and pleasant stay

This is not a good hotel to stay.. They post the wrong pictures in there web site and the service and rooms are in hygienic. And in the breakfast they don't serve a good food and we found an insect in food and no staff is reacting to it. I suggest not to select this hotel for stay.. Very cheap maintenance. I don't give a rating for them because they are not worth for rating .

The hotel room was decent in size and clean. Hot water was available. The earlier used mugs were not replaced. We had called earlier for booking and they told us to book on arrival. Even on a Sunday, we got the room after reaching the hotel.

See Room was decent and clean no issue from that side. Staff also okish welcoming Now come to the main point in the night they provided me an extra mattress and a blanket cover not blanket then i report this thing they said it will take 10-15 mins and wow moment came they didnt come whole night again i called they didnt pick up. So 6/10 marks And they deservve this gmap eating

We stayed for 3 nights with family. Rooms are good. Location is good. Breakfast was fine but limited food options. Staff is very supportive.

This is the most pathetic hotel in Indore. Even there staff is more pathetic Big question on MakeMyTrip this hotel is showing MMT Verified on MakeMyTrip on the basis of that I have booked a hotel for 2 nights 3 days. While entered into the room the bed sheet are super dirty and when they removed the bed sheet after complaining the bed is smelling a lot I have asked to give better they have shifted to there superior room which is family room now this is room situation is almost same people have split on the wall very poor sofa and curtain. As we reached almost 11 pm in the night from Omkareshwar we order some there Restaurant there plates are very dirty and smelling badly we immediately booked another hotel as can’t stay for a minute . Request Indore collector to take stricked action against such kind of hotel those who are looted the customer.

Everything was good, except the kitchen as it was closed on the day we were there which caused a little inconvenience. kitchen should be working everyday in hte hotel.

Id you are traveling and just need a place to hold up the night...this is a perfect place for you. The staff is very polite...it's located in the most engaged vicinity you have almost everything around you.
