Great for residential but terrible for air bnb cleans. There’s different people cleaning every week. Never did what I asked. Plants died. Duvets weren’t changed. Garbage left under beds. These were all things we agreed that would be done. I felt like she was just telling me what I wanted to hear.

Roschelle is great to work with and always listens to what I need. Her crew is excellent and nice to have around. They do a good job and are open to suggestions . I have four small parrots and they make a big mess which is always cleaned up very well.
