At first, I was hesitant to try a new mechanic, but I’m so glad I did! Erick was reliable, honest, and truly knew what he was doing. He fixed my car’s AC quickly and at a fair price—I never felt like I was being overcharged or misled. It’s hard to find a trustworthy mechanic these days, but I can confidently say I’ve found one. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future car needs. Highly recommend!

I was referred to The Good Mechanic by a friend and they sent me one of their mechanics in my area, which was very convenient for me. I have a BMW X3 and the mechanic was very professional, resolved my car issue and very responsive to all my questions and concerns. They also gave me a great price compared to other mobile mechanics I reached out to. Therefore I will be contacting them for any future issues. I want to thank Erick and the Good Mechanic team for a great repair job! After the AC on my Audi stopped working I called T—G—M and Erick came right out to diagnose the problem — a faulty AC compressor. I was able to order the replacement parts and schedule a follow up for the repair. Erick and the team were very professional and always on time. Fast forward, and my AC is now blowing ice cold! And they went beyond the call, and fixed some other problems at no charge. These guys are awesome, and highly recommended for your next repair!

Eric was extremely helpful, calm and patient. So nice! Which helped after having such a bad day. He was early and fast. He helped me change my alternator. My car gave out in the middle of a commercial parking lot. So I quickly googled some mobile mechanics. After reading these awesome reviews, I gave The Good Mechanic a call and Eric answered right away. His communication was perfect and he’s very knowledgeable. Finding a good mechanic can be stressful and honestly a daunting overwhelming task. To the point where I was about to give up on my search and junk the car because the estimates that I was receiving from previous mechanics were costly and over the value of the car. In my final search the GOOD (great in my opinion) mechanic came up and although I was initially hesitant since the business doesn’t have an actual location and I questioned whether the job could be completed. However, after speaking with Erick he gave me his assurance that he could assist and he delivered. In two different occasions I had to use the service and I am grateful I took a chance with Erick to take care of my 2010 Mini Cooper. Erick was extremely professional, and answered all of my questions. He was also patient and understanding, easy to talk to and polite. The first service he performed on the car was replacing the relay junction power box. The second time I had a coolant leak. On both occasions, Erick had great follow through with communication and took care of my car efficiently and thoroughly. His prices are fair and reasonable. He also gave me many helpful suggestions to help improve on maintaining the vehicle. I truly appreciated doing business with him. I am writing this review, because it was all the previous reviews I took a chance on bringing my car to him. I would highly recommend and I hope this review helps others. If I could give The Good Mechanic (Erick) more than 5 stars, I would. My daughter's car required an alternator replacement. I called The Good Mechanic at 10:00 AM and that same day I had an appointment for 6:00 PM. Erick actually was able to show up at my home at 4:00 PM. It was a rainy afternoon, and despite the weather and heavy traffic in Miami, he was able to get the entire job done in one hour. Erick is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. Most importantly, he is reliable and fair with his prices. Erick and The Good Mechanic are now on my contact list and definitely my go-to mechanic moving forward.
