Each time we come here its always a great experience. For a furniture store their prices are extremely reasonable. We went there this time for new couches. I had a pretty tough want and Ryan T made it happen. I found what we wanted just in a color I couldn't stand. I told him I was going to have to buy covers. He then took the price down to cover the cost of couch covers for us. Now we're sitting comfortably in all leather couches that will last us years to come. Thanks you Ryan for being so kind and helpful.

Hi, it’s me again, coming in clutch for Mr. Palmer at The Furniture Store! He has done it again! I ended up with an empty room in my home and needed a bit of furniture to make it pop. I love how the folks here are so willing to go above and beyond for customers. My last review for this place emphasized how fluid they are with their time and passion. Any day! Any time! Mr. Palmer worked diligently to stay within the budget I presented to him and did not wheel and deal me to do more than I was comfortable with. At one point, I was about to just say forget it because I was all over the place and he had none of that. He smoothly brought me back to the purpose of my visit and I’m so glad he did! The pictures shown aren’t staged to perfection… but check out that color!!! Divine!😚

The Furniture Store is amazing!! All of the other places we went to reminded me of a used car lot and pushy sales reps. Ryan T. made us feel welcomed and made our experience feel very personalized from the moment we walked through the door. Price tags showed an already reasonable number for the near top end quality furniture, but the final prices went from reasonable to an unreal bottom dollar! Ryan T. and The Furniture Store have earned my business and loyalty for all of my future purchases.

A great big thank you to the delivery guys, Malcolm, sorry don't know his last name, and Joseph Palmer. They did a very good job bringing in our new furniture. They unpacked it and took away all the packaging without any damage to the furniture or walls. Thank you very much. I will definitely enjoy my new furniture.

Deleted my comment from July which I had originally gave a 5 star rating. We ordered a new bunk bed for my daughter and a bed frame for my son. Everything from walking in to the store and purchase was wonderful. No complaints. It was when the furniture was delivered where everything took a turn downhill. The two gentleman who came to deliver/assemble the furniture 1. Took over 4 hours to only put the bunk bed together and when my husband went to check there was a huge crack in one of the pieces & they put it together wrong. (It was put together upside down) they didn’t even say anything until my husband pointed out the crack in wood and asked for the instructions and pointed out it was put together incorrectly. At that point my husband asked them to take all the pieces apart and take it back because we were not accepting the bed since it was now broken. Well then we asked them about the hole in the wall and they said it happened when brining the bed up stairs ( it was an accident, we get it)we called the store and explained everything and the gentleman said they would order a new bed and have their guy come fix the hole. We followed up every week or so and they said they were trying to get the guy to come out. There was some miscommunication about a day and some follow up calls and now it’s been since 23 AUG. The last conversation was OVER a week ago when I explained I had a 4 day coming up and would be best to do it then since my husband and I would be home for sure. We still haven’t had a call for an exact date/time to fix the hole. I’m super frustrated at the lack of communication we have received. Also, we finally received the replacement bunk bed (which is beautiful)

This man has truly been a blessing! He treats his customers with honesty and care; even if they don't have exactly what you're looking for, you'll never feel pressured to make a purchase you don’t want. Every interaction with them has been positive, and everything we've bought has been of excellent quality.

I've had a great experience with the staff, Lawrence and Ryan while looking for my dream living room furniture. They worked together as a team to get what I wanted. They were very patient with me as I made my decision. It was a great experience and I do recommend them for your furniture needs.
