I highly recommend the team at Frickey Law Firm. They represented me after a serious rollover accident that left me with multiple injuries, and throughout the entire three-year process, they were outstanding in every aspect.
At the beginning of my case, I primarily worked with Leigh Talley-Nino. Leigh was incredibly helpful, patient, and supportive. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood every step of the process. When the at-fault driver’s insurance company kept making offers far below the policy limits, Leigh — along with Eric Ballou — reassured me that my case was worth the full policy limit and gave me the confidence to stand firm.
Eric Ballou was my lead attorney, and he was assisted by Gordon Westmont. Together, they built a strong case and were fully prepared to take it to trial if necessary. We ultimately made it to mediation, where Eric and Gordon successfully negotiated a settlement for the full policy limit.
