The Flooring Factory - Oxnard

We were referred to Flooring Factory by my brother. We were planning a complete remodel. We what been looking for in a plank floor was to bring together a maple color in our cabinets with gray couch and carpet. We had been to many stores with no luck. Enrique and his team were fantastic! He had a wide variety of selection and we were able to order a product. It all went so smoothly with them. After installation everything was beautiful! Couldn’t be happier! Flooring factory you rock!!

I’m really happy with how my new floors look — the color and overall finish are beautiful. However, I’m disappointed with the quality and durability. I was told these floors wouldn’t scratch easily, but after a short time I’ve noticed quite a few scratches appearing in several areas. I still appreciate the great customer service and the look of the floors, but I wish the product quality lived up to what was promised. Hopefully the company can address this issue.

He was professional friendly , very knowledgeable about their products. I would highly recommend The Flooring Factory to friends and family. I purchased 1000 sqft of Osler laminate flooring.

Great customer service ! Enrique went out of his way to help us get flooring samples shipped to Canada when we were having issues ordering through the website. His communication was prompt, helpful, and professional throughout the process. We really appreciated the extra effort!

The Flooring Factory of Oxnard and Tru Installation were incredibly professional and provided exceptional service from start to finish. Their honest recommendations and guidance made the entire process a breeze. Not only did they do an amazing job on the original project (which included the living room, dining room, and curved staircase), but they were also able to accommodate the entryway foyer and upstairs hallway. Their work is exceptional and they completed the job in a timely manner during the holiday season!! I don't live in the area so it's a commute for us to go to that store. It's worth the drive. Enrique provides EXCELLENT service. I will always be a loyal customer.

The team at the Flooring Factory were extremely helpful and the price was truly a discount. They quickly fetched or cut all the samples of vinyl plank flooring that we wanted. Their stock is huge so they had almost every sample immediately. When we honed it down to one style that we were pretty sure of, but not positive, they gave us two whole planks to take to our home so we could be absolutely sure of the look. That was so generous and beyond what we could have expected. Regarding price, our flooring was over $1 per sq.ft. less than the manufacturers online price and that was before the manufacturers $199 shipping charge. Our savings was over $700 and we conveniently picked up our planks at the Oxnard store. Excellent customer service is the theme at this store. It didn't matter who was at the counter or who picked up the phone. They were all cheerful, helpful, answered all our questions and did everything to make our selection and purchase effortless. We highly recommend the Flooring Factory. By the way, the photo is of beautiful McMillan Nostalgia vinyl plank.

I was originally going to order direct with the manufacturer, but am so glad that I opted to work with the Oxnard Flooring Factory Team instead. I could not recommend them more. I worked more directly with Enrique and he was very knowledgeable not only in the product itself, but he helped us choose the best floor type for our still settling home. Enrique and his manager, Tony, very willingly helped us navigate shipping as smoothly as possible and their whole team was very personable. Truly the best example of customer service I’ve ever encountered. Thank you for working so hard to get the floors to us. We absolutely love them. We chose the Lenett because we loved the color but also the thicker locking connections (we have a home that is still undergoing some settling).
