A very nice, clean and welcoming clinic. It feels very cozy and relaxing, and that’s rare. Doctor James Busuttil is great, kind and attentive, obviously loves his job and his patients. He has been looking after our two Irish Red and White setters for over a year, we’ve done all sorts of treatments and consultations, vaccinations, teeth cleaning and a minor surgery - everything is done really well. Highly recommended!

Two months ago we had two well traveled 13 year old dogs. Sadly one had to put down following a short illness and our usual vet would not make house calls. Dr James was recommended by friends and came immediately. His compassion and extreme competence was a huge comfort. Then last week our remaining dog had all her (extremely rotten) teeth removed. Again Dr James gave us clear, well reasoned advice. He carried out thorough tests which we had never had before, and performed the surgery. His pre and post surgery care was exceptional. We will never go to anyone else again.

I can't say enough good things about Dr James. As the owner of a 15-year-old dog, I've faced many challenges in keeping her healthy and happy, and I truly believe that Dr James has been instrumental in her well-being. From the very first visit, it was clear that Dr James is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled in veterinary medicine. Dr. James has been amazing with our cat during his home visits. It’s so convenient to have him come to us, and he’s always super professional and reliable. You can really tell he loves animals—he’s calm, attentive, and makes the whole experience stress-free for both us and our cat. He helped us figure out the causes of our cat’s allergies and gave great advice on his diet. We’re really happy to have him as our go-to vet!

Dr. James is a great vet who not only treats his patients with great care, but is mindful of their owners. He is incredibly responsive, and appointments with him are a breeze. He does home visits too which is a plus!

I would like to show my appreciation to Dr Busuttil 👏 which without ever meeting him or making use of his service he was ready there to help a stray cat of the many that I feed without even asking for money , he also was willing to arrange the price if an intervention was needed since this is a stray cat , but with the proper medication & with Dr Busuttil’s help we saved this beautiful cat life named Covid.
