We have been using The Family Cook for the past couple of months, and it has truly transformed our family’s mealtime routine. With a busy schedule, I was looking for a meal service that would take the stress out of cooking while still delivering healthy, tasty options, and The Family Cook has exceeded our expectations. The meals are always fresh, packed with flavor and portions are generous. It’s so convenient to have healthy, home-cooked meals without the time spent in the kitchen. The kids also love the meals, which is a huge win for me! When it comes to delivery, I’ve had positive experience and it's always delivered by friendly, courteous and professional staff. I really appreciate that it's delivered in a well-packaged insulated box and arrives in perfect condition. One of the highlights for me is the customer service. I had a minor issue with an order once, and the team at The Family Cook responded immediately, resolving it with professionalism which I thought was a nice touch. Overall, we are incredibly happy with The Family Cook. It has saved us time, reduced stress around mealtime, and the quality of the meals is consistently outstanding. I have tried so so many food companies that I had given up hope until I was told to try the family cook as my last resort so reluctantly I did. I am so impressed with the quality and freshness ( even the frozen) and the choice absolutely the best and so glad I gave it a go! Will never look back thank you wonderful cooks!

Still loving the meatballs! Last night I had the Beef Madras.. "Tender grass-fed beef, slow cooked in aromatic spices and coconut milk served with fragrant basmati rice and blanched green beans." I would say the beef was neither tender or tough, but definitely not fork-able. The rice was good, fluffy long grain. Beans were OK too. But there was virtually no 'sauce' and ... flavour.... very disappointing, mild in the extreme. Not asking for heat or raging flavours, but Beef Madras would indicate a certain level of flavour.

I just had the Beef Bourguignon for lunch - omg SO delicious! I could eat that every day of the week. So yummy - cracking product The Family Cook!!

Our family has been receiving deliveries for over a year and we couldn’t be happier with the service and the quality of the food. The delivery man who delivers around the Glenelg area is so kind and friendly.

Had my first order delivered today, the meals look so beautiful!! Had corned beef & veg tonight. It was so delicious, I can't wait to try all the others. Great value & good quality ingredients. Also the serving size is very generous. I have tried several other companies & none can compare. Plus, Val in the office is great, very helpful & the delivery man is lovely, he rings the bell & waits, doesn't just chuck the box and run. So very happy to have found The Family Cook

I’ve been a customer of the family cook for a few years. They offer an extraordinary product & service - delivering wholesome premium meals to my home. As a busy working mum they have saved me on multiple occasions. Recently I met the founder Victoria Braithwaite and can confirm her and her team (Val!) are as gorgeous and kind as the food they create. Highly recommend this lovely SA business.

The other day it was pouring with rain as I got my Family Cook meals. But I would walk through rain, hail or snow to get to The Family Cook. These are the only pre-prepared meals that actually are as good as home cooked meals. Trust me I am a connoisseur of this type of food and its very hard to find something of this high level of quality.

These meals are amazing! I tried a few after put them in the freezer for later and they were all delicious, but my favorite was the Roast Pumpkin Soup. It was just so smooth and delectable...I wish I had more than one portion!

I highly recommend My Family Cook! Having tried many food services, I can confidently say that they are the best in terms of freshness and flavor. Their quick problem resolution and delightful customer service make them a pleasure to deal with.
