I was receiving an esthetic service from a provider operating out of The Factory. In the middle of my appointment the owner used her keys to open the door and proceeded to discuss business matters with the service provider. Nancy did not even acknowledge she had interrupted an appointment. I was appalled at the total lack of professionalism from the building owner. Just know if you set up shop here that your clients will be afforded no privacy and management apparently has no respect for their tenants or their businesses (probably explains why the building is mostly empty.)
