The Emeline Medical Centre

I saw Dr. Ewa Lisik for the first time recently after she was recommended to me by a friend, and I’m so glad I went. I finally feel like I’ve found the doctor I’ve been looking for. She was warm, caring, and genuinely interested in me. She listened attentively, never rushed me, and her confidence and knowledge made me feel completely safe and in capable hands. I left the appointment with so much more clarity, feeling relieved and hopeful. I’ll definitely be recommending her to others, and I’m very happy to have her as my GP moving forward. The Medical Centre is nice and the reception staff -very friendly and helpful.

I am so grateful for the exceptional care I received from Dr Iphigenia Chronas. She is truly an outstanding doctor warm, caring, professional, and incredibly thorough. Every interaction with her makes me feel listened to, supported, and genuinely cared for. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines such a high level of expertise with such kindness and compassion, and I feel very lucky to be her patient. A special shout-out to the wonderful nurse who took care of me today as well. She was gentle, reassuring, and made the whole experience so much easier and more comforting. Together, they make an amazing team, and I couldn’t ask for better care. Highly, recommend!

Switching to Emeline General Practice recently has been such a positive change. I had been feeling unwell for some time, and my previous doctor couldn't provide the treatment I needed. I was searching for a practice that felt genuinely patient-centric and where the staff truly cared. I am so relieved and happy to have found Emeline! Dr. Laura, who is my general practitioner is absolutely fantastic. My consultation felt unrushed, was thorough and Dr. Laura listened to all my concerns with care. She has been wonderfully proactive and gone above and beyond to ensure I receive the necessary treatment. I am really grateful for her expertise and support as I finally feel like I'm in the right hands. The entire practice environment is very positive. The reception staff are professional, attentive, and consistently happy to help with any enquiries. I love the refreshment area – this is a very nice touch which I have not experienced anywhere before. Plus, having the practice open seven days a week is a huge convenience for busy schedules. I wholeheartedly recommend Emeline General Practice to anyone seeking reliable and high-calibre care. This is a general practice I know I can genuinely rely on and call mine from now on.

Dr Daniel Lictblau is honestly the best doctor I have ever been to. He is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and cares. The Emeline overall is a first class medical centre with an incredible medical team. Pathology on site, welcoming staff and calm, relaxing interiors. I cannot recommend this centre highly enough.

I highly recommend Dr Ion Pop. I came in for my wound care and he was extremely friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. He is incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and clearly very experienced. He took the time to listen and explained everything very clearly. I truly recommend this doctor - the best doctor I’ve ever seen.

I have never come across a doctor more knowledgeable, thorough, and concise than Dr. Peter Semaan. He is truly committed to providing the highest level of service and support to his patients. The quality of his work is outstanding; he always takes the time to understand exactly what you’re experiencing, explores and provides you with multiple options and paths to consider for recovery/improvement, and will explain everything in high-level detail - I always leave the clinic without any questions unanswered. Thank you Dr. Semaan for exemplifying the standard of care this profession needs.

Great service. Welcoming and helpful reception, organise with quick response, close to pharmacy to get medicine and with in house pathology to do blood test, professional doctors always provide great experience, foyer provide kids area, free masks to keep everyone safe and with free coffee!

Doctor Laura is the best GP I have ever been to. My condition required a minor surgical intervention but she didnt squirm at the prospect of this. The procedure was quick, low pain and very effective. Note that previous GP's I have seen have been extremely cautious at such a prospect. She also spent significant time afterwards in giving advice on how to prevent future occurrences. Cannot recommend this Medical Centre and especially doctor Laura enough.

I needed to see a GP on 30-Dec when my usual GP clinic was closed. I got an appointment here with Dr Seaman. Everything was great. Very convenient place to get to as well.

Finally, a GP that actually listens! I’ve been fed up with the level of care across the board in relation to GPs in Melbourne. At Emeline, I received the kind of attention and support I have been seeking for years. From the welcoming front-of-house staff, to a doctor who is actually listening and not trying to rush you out the door so they can usher in the next patient, as well as the warm, friendly waiting area, everything about my experience was positive.
