From choosing our new flooring to the work being completed, Elite have provided an amazing service for us. Lots of advice given on which type of flooring would be best for our needs, the fitters left us with a perfect new living room and hall floor, and all completed for a great and affordable price. My wife & I were looking for a company to lay the flooring in our new build & too be honest we didn't look anywhere else than Elite, When I checked their reviews almost 100% of them were positive which is really good as most people just go onto review sites to moan so to get constant 5 star reviews is a testament to the work they do so we didn't even bother looking elsewhere. Scott was extremely helpful when choosing our flooring, He didn't force any choices on us just gave us advice for the size of house we were buying & the areas we wanted the flooring layed. Steven fitted our LVT flooring throughout our downstairs & was meticulous when cutting the ends, He sealed them when he completed the work but to be honest he wouldn't really need to do as the work he did was so precise, I didn't get the names of the carpet fitters who came to fit carpeting throughout the upstairs as they were in job done & away in less than a day. I would have hesitation in recommending this company to anyone i knew.

Bit of a wait to get fitted. Could have been worse though, as wanted to put back another 2 weeks. To be fair, managed to get it fitted on time. Fitters were good and have made a good job apart from taking kickboards off and leaving them on kitchen table. Obviously then when went to put on wouldn't fit as needed bottom trimmed. So had to pay someone to do it. When wife went to pay balance no question if job was okay, maybe a little training on customer service would help eliminate this.

We have recently moved house and had Elite in to do the flooring. From start to finish everything was made so easy - great selection of products at a great price. The fitting has been absolutely seamless and we could not be happier with how it’s looking. Thanks to Craig and the team!

Elite flooring did a really great job for us. They were very responsive to all our questions, and the quality of their workmanship was superb. Every little detail was taken care of and we were really happy with the results. They exceeded our expectations and their pricing was very fair and transparent. What a fabulous job laying a Karndean parquet floor for us. The detail took longer than expected but at no stage did they rush or grumble. Highly recommended!

Excellent service and quality. From visiting the showroom in Mayfield to my choice of carpet being fitted the whole process was flawless. When I went to choose my carpet, I was left to my own devices, any questions were answered politely and courteously. When I made my choice ( my husband had already measured the room) I was given the price and advised to go away, discuss it with my husband. Once we'd agreed on the carpet we returned to the shop to pay a deposit and book a fitting date. They accommodated us with our choice of date without a problem. On the day of fitting, I was working but hubby was there. The fitters were extremely polite and helpful. On completion they tidied everything away and even offered to give my hubby a hand to move the bedroom furniture back I returned to the shop the next day to pay the outstanding balance and again, was met met by a warm friendly smile. Overall cannot fault our experience, from start to finish. It's not the first time we've used The Elite Flooring Company and it certainly won't be the last. It's easy to see why they were award winners last year. Ten out of Ten...keep up the outstanding work!!

Great experience from Scott from Elite Flooring Company. 1st time we have used this company however we will not hesitate to use in the future or recomend to friends and family. Scott showed excellent customer care whilst ensuring that we purchased the product to best fit our needs. He showed excellent product knowledge and took the time and effort to go into detail.
