The Electric Heating Doctor

I recently moved into a house which has fairly new night storage heaters. Only 2 out of the 5 were working how they should. I contacted the electric heating doctor, and was greeted by a helpful man on the phone and was interested in helping. He then very kindly offered to visit the same day and rectify the problem. Excellent service, expert advice, friendly, and would recommend these guys 100%

I don’t often leave reviews, but I really feel I have to on this occasion as my experience was absolutely fantastic and it deserves merit. We had a fault with one of our night storage heaters in our lounge and also recently had an extension put on our house over the summer, which once it got colder, we realised required an additional heater. We tried shopping around and found that it was a minefield and just got more confused, so I was speaking to a neighbour and they recommended the Electric Heating Doctor and gave me their number as they had used them previously and were very happy. So I called them to see if they could help. They sent David around the very next day, who was well presented, arrived at exactly the time which was appointed, and he quickly diagnosed the faulty heater as being a problem with the thermostat. He said it could be fixed, but that he would need to get the part ordered and we agreed. We also asked for advice on the additional heater while he was there and he recommended a few different ones on the market which we said we would review. Once the part for the faulty one was in stock, we got a call to let us know, and they booked David to come back to repair it, we asked if they could install a heater that we had chosen in the extension on the same day and they also agreed this. One week later, two pleasant installers arrived, put carpet protectors down, and installed the new heater in the extension, and also fixed the part on the Lounge night storage heater. A month on and the old Night storage heater is once again working perfectly, and the new heater in the extension which we chose from the recommendations (it was the best quality option, but after using it in our opinion is well worth the extra) is so fantastic we are now thinking of replacing the rest in the home with the same. It also looks beautiful and has been fitted perfectly with all wiring and socket entirely neat. Following their visit, we have also had them call up a couple of times to make sure everything is still going well and they have certainly gone the extra mile for the customer. I will definitely highly recommend the Electric Heating Doctor to anyone, and we will be certainly using ourselves for future heating work required. It’s very rare that you call an establishment these days and are so impressed with the service, punctuality, and professionalism.

Outstanding.. I Have a storage heater which started tripping a fuse. I called a freind who reccomended the Electric Heating Doctor to me. I gave them a call at 12.30 they answered straight away and booked me an engineer visit for 2.30 that same day! An immaculate, polite, well spoken engineer turned up called Andrew, who seemed to know the unit inside out. He was extremely tidy and professional. He fixed the fault within 30 minutes and its now working better than before. Such a pleasant experience, I will definitely be holding on to their number. I wish all trades people were like this as it's hard to find. I would highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic experience with these guys. Came out within 24hrs and fixed a fault I had, Appointment was 2.15 and turned up at 2.16 smart and professional makes a change from the usual troublesome contractors. Highly recommend.

Very fast response, the engineer came out quickly. Paul diagnosed the problem and thoroughly explained options for further action as well as giving all the heaters a check over. Will definitely use in the future.

Cold season started but my heating didn’t… called the electric heating doctor, fixed it so quick and now I can keep my family warm! 10/10 customer service.
