Juan is just excellent to work with. On our projects, he has made himself available for walk-throughs at very short notice, he’s open to discuss questions and options, and the quality of the workmanship is always great. Would highly recommend for both stucco and plastering scopes!

Juan, repaired a few holes we had from birds pecking at our stucco. After being told we needed to replace whole trim pieces for an excessive cost, Juan inspected and was able to patch and repair the holes much more cost effectively.. He also found a couple other smaller areas that needed minor repairs and fixed those too. Juan is prompt, friendly, trustworthy, skilled and kept his word on days and arrival times. We will definitely use Juan for future projects.

Juan repaired two stucco'd exterior walls where we removed one window, enlarged a second window and moved an exterior door, as part of master bathroom remodel. Juan's work ethic and is attitude is very professional, and he is just an overall nice guy. He matched out other stucco perfectly in both color and texture. This was not an easy job, but he got it done very quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend The Eight Plastering to anyone who needs stucco work.

The worst thing we did for our home remodel was hire Juan for our fireplace remodel. He did two fireplaces for us, both of which have been redone, costing us thousands of dollars. The first was done not up to code--he took out the fireproofing. The second was sloppy and the stones are already chipping, a testament to the poor quality of his work.
