The Owner was polite, quick, had to go get a trailer because my pickup was larger than predicted and that was absolutely no issue with him. He was back , loaded and sent me a photo in a very short amount of time. He put all my garbage cans back behind my fence , secured my area . The customer service this company has is amazing! I reached out for a rental and during our conversation discussed what was allowed and what was not, for what was not allowed he directed me to everywhere I can take these items to properly dispose of them and where they are located. I have not even utilized or paid for their services yet just plain good customer service, advice, and being a genuine good person to just help with information! I will for sure be renting from them just because of how informative, helpful and easy they are to talk with!
