While desperately searching for an affordable septic tank service, I was so relieved to come across Drain Dudes. After calling multiple companies, their customer service truly stood out above the rest. The staff was patient, kind, and took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. They were able to schedule me for the very next day and were flexible with the timing, which I really appreciated. Overall, this company delivers excellent customer service. Joe, who came out to service our septic tank, was extremely knowledgeable and answered every question thoroughly. He was friendly, patient, and took the time to walk us through the entire process, making sure we understood how to properly care for our system in the future. Thanks to him, we feel confident about avoiding unnecessary issues and keeping our septic system in good condition. I couldn’t be more grateful. What started as a stressful, frustrating situation turned into a great experience thanks to a reliable, affordable, and professional company.

I called the drain dude to clean my septic tank, this is my first house with the septic tank and I had no idea where it was, they were able to use a camera in the drain to find it. They knew exactly what they were doing which made me feel comfortable with the whole thing. Good service. I think one of their names was Josh.
